1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and
development
Personal development and learning is the process for the person in order to
assess, analyze and improve their own skills and qualities to make themselves
potential. Approaches to learning includes the emotional, behavioral and cognitive
self-regulation and these approaches helps in development of the skills (Müller and
Kubátová, 2021). In this report I will reflect my approaches to the personal
development and learning. It is important to become the learner if I have to be
effective in my learning in the development skills. The emotional approaches make
me to be more focused and understand the behavior of the person in my career. In
this particular module I have worked with many professional group in order to
develop my personal learning. By working with the group it enhances my behavioral
skills by this I can understand the behavior of the person. This makes me learn about
the importance of keeping the record and gaining the consent of the people. As all
these skills are very important for the person to understand and learn. These
approaches will help me in my personal development and learning in my career in
business and management. Improving oneself is the most important for the person
as it makes them to have good practice in that field. The behaviorist approach
involves about the ideas that the learners respond in the external environment. By
this approach I have learned the relevant and useful stimuli which helps me to
respond and enhance my knowledge or experience. There are many ways to use
this approach to the learning in training and development and provides the
opportunities that makes the person ensures to meet that objective.
The cognitive approach of learning the person is more concerned with the role
of having the active mind in order to learn and grab the opportunities and developing
(Musurmanov, Shermatov and Region, 2020). By learning this approach it makes my
mind stronger and reflective in order to grab the new things and learn the new things
from others. It makes me to improve my self-knowledge and awareness in order to
have good personal learning and development. The personal development basically
includes the activities that improves the awareness, develop the talents, build the
human capital and enhance the quality and standard of the person. These skills and
development makes me to help me in my career in the business and management.
My personal growth and learning was the best experience because it makes me still
working on myself in order be self-aware and more confident, etc. The learning from
this module was the best journey and the best experience ever. I have learned to be
more responsible, when it comes to getting the work done. Change in attitude by
learning and developing the approaches of learning makes me realize about my
drawbacks as well. But these approaches helps me a lot in order to personal
development and learning in my career in the business and management. The most
important thing I have learned is to be responsible for your work and make the right

also going to universities, the time management is must in order to mange the workload

skills, as I face many problems in order to learn new things in my university and also in my
personal life as well. By having the personal development it makes me to know myself and
