the various tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word which assist in preparing the reports and
presentations for the managers in order to be effective and efficient in their work. This is the tool
which is been used in the various business organisations in order to maintain and sort the complex
data into a simplified version. This helps in making the data ready, useful and improve the range of
the understanding and also be helpful for the people in order to make the data safe and secure within
the desktops and manage the working. This is the tool which is very useful for the business
enterprises due to the reasons of being the software which can be used anywhere and everywhere.
This is a tool which is can be accessed from anywhere and Di make the most reliable use of it. This
is considered as a software which is easier in order to manage in comparison with the other
applications. This also helps in improving the working of the business organisation and helps in the

type of a system which is used by the business organisation in order to focus the sales
and managing the inventory within the business operations. There are various techniques
such as just-in-time which can be easily carried out by using the system. This helps in
improving the interpersonal relationships between the business enterprise. There are
several types of decision support system which are driving by communication, knowledge,
document. There are various examples of the GPS route which helps in finding the

( 2) ESS (Executive support system)- The executive support system is used in order to
prepare the reports in a summarised way by the data variable. This is type of support

time in order to make the right decisions for the business organisation. This also helps in
working with an effective and efficient and smooth way within the business operations. It is
