Academic integrity refers to commitment as well as demonstration of moral and
honest behavior for purpose of academic setting. It is relevant for university which
provide credit to others by using their ideas (DiPaulo, 2021). This academic integrity
is important for all people as it helps students for learning and developing new skills
which helps them in academic achievements. It also helps employers and
universities for various reason. This project report includes description of academic
integrity and its important in higher education. It describe implication of academic
misconduct which create problems for students. It consist reflection on steps to be
taken by a person to produce a game. Moreover, it reflect upon skill to be developed
in academic year.

of university which enable a person to exchange ideas and develop new knowledge.
It require individual scholar to work with and also trust each other. In order to avoid
academic misbehavior like plagiarism, falsification as well as fabrication, it is
important to cited work and promote academic integrity. When an individual is
focuses on negative behavior then in that situation academic integrity is absent.
There are main four pillars of academic integrity like honesty, trust, fairness, respect
and responsibility.

for students to avoid negative outcome like failure in completing work, utilization of

universities as it is one of important place in society as well as at global level. In
order to maintain honor as well as international ranking in competitive environment,
they needs to maintain academic integrity which allow them to attract more and more
students. For this purpose, universities needs to ensure there is not integrity failure
and if happen, strict punishment is given to students. Another reason for importance
of academic integrity is to maintaining academic standards as these helps students
to develop various skills which will provide them further employability.
For Employer: Integrity is an important aspect at workplace which consist principles
and values. It is expected to be inhered from universities as a part of good
governance (Moulton and Falcone, 2018). In daily operation of business, it is an
unwritten condition where employees need to work with integrity, guidance,
monitoring and standards. It is also identified that employability is related to
acquisition skills as well as attributes which has been developed at university. It
make a person job ready and provide them various opportunity in life.

Description: For Personal Development Planning, teachers has given an
assignment for group. In this assignment, as game needs to be prepared for purpose
of academic misconducts policy. Goal of this game is to avoid plagiarism and other
misbehavior in academic life of a student (Cooksey and McDonald, 2019). In this
assignment, teachers has given freedom to student to choose their partners for
projects. For this me and my friends came together for completing assignment s we
have different skills which helps us to complete project in effective manner. For this,
we have discuss things and divide work to each others.
Feelings: Before starting this project, I was really excited and wants to prepare
project before deadline in order to avoid work pressure. But teacher added two
additional members with us which create problems for us. It is difficult to cope up
with these new members as all activities are decided previously and we divide all
activities again. During this project, it become difficult to complete work and create
various problems for us. But in the end, we have complete project on time which
make us happy and satisfied with our work.
Evaluation: Idea for designing game is good which is important for designing game.
Group work and contribution of other team members also create favorable situation.

change and it cause problem in completion of project. Best part of this situation is
good intention of new members as they are contributing their best and taking active
participation in completion of project. With open communication, dedication and team
work, we ar able to complete this project on time.
Conclusion: I have learn various new things from this situation as it is useful
experience which helps me in future. It helps to solve problem occur in life and also
allow me to take initiative in completion of project. I have various new skills during
completion of this assignment like communication, time management, creativity

Action Plan: When I get opportunity to do same thing again, i will be more assertive
while selecting group members for completion of project. I will also make sure to be
less stressed and focusing on completion of work. I will also acknowledge group

game and write instruction to play game which can be easily understood by user.
Time Management: Time management refers to a process which helps to
organize and plan different activities that allow a person to divide time in a way which
before deadline and also get appreciation from teacher.
