Motivation refers to the process to deal with individuals internally in order to bring
a strong desire to achieve something and it is originated from the goals, values and
needs. This report is going to evaluate the level of understanding that why people work
and impact on work on the people. It further elaborates the role of motivation as it is a
strong desire for the people to accomplish different goals that can be internal or personal.
Motivation can be explained with the help of various theories such as Maslow’s

Maslow's Hierachy theory is a motivation based theory which is presented in a pyramid
shape to attain the needs of hierarchy and contains five categories of human needs and
an individual's behavior such as physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging
