Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
The personal development plan is generally involving within the various
activities, while developing the potential of particular individual. This personal
development plan also provides the numerous facilities in the way to improving the
quality of life in order to fulfilling the dreams of individual (Eshkulovich and
Tashbaevich 2020). This personal development plan is assisting the individuals by
the help of motivating towards fulfilling the goals and objectives. due to this is really
important for any of the individual to learn as well as develop their skills in
appropriate way.
Description and discussion of the value of short term goals
identifying at least 3 personal examples
The short-term goals are referring to the individual goals that can be easily
obtaining by the individuals within the coming future. As well as short term goals is
also said that the individual want to achieve the goal in the very short period of time.
Here, are some of the examples of short-term goals are as follows-
Increase the performance of individuals in various ways
Communicating with team mates in order to develop the communication skills
Maintains the balance of work and individual personal goals.

Medium terms goal generally helps to determine the two goals, that will be going
to take time for obtaining the success. These are the goals can be accomplished
within some weeks as well as it will also takes month. Medium term goals offer the

This helps in starting the career as well as helps to develop the suitable skills
that helps in business for gaining more and more productivity.

manner. This also assist to cover the planning step by step during the advancement
