MAIN BODY
According to me, one of the biggest boons which has resulted in the rampant development
of modern businesses is the advent of globalization which has made the conducting of business
operation quite easy in the modern environment. The world as it is now being driven by
entrepreneur and business ventures as they are a stronghold of very major economy and I would
like to study business management as making a career in this field is a challenging endeavour
and quite rewarding from a financial point of view. I would like to enrol in this programme
which is pertaining to business management as I feel that I can make significant contributions in
this field and by obtaining quality education and training through this programme, I can achieve
great things both professionally and personally. Enrolling in this business management
programme is also beneficial for me as I feel that that it is the perfect time in my life for pursuing
this undertaking as I have completed most of my primary and secondary education from quality
institutions and I am well equipped with both technical and soft skills to handle advanced
business courses such as this one. I am also in a positive space mentally which should boost my
retention and attentiveness which will ensure that I undertake the course in question in a sincere
manner.
Business management is a very complex field of study as there are many different models
and concepts which are applied on various theoretical and practical demonstrations and the major
trends which influence management practices also changes on a frequent basis. My previous
work experiences have inculcated me with important skills and traits which will help me in
studying this course such as making me hyper aware about the current happenings in the world
of global and domestic business along with the ways in which the key drivers of business such as
global economy, governmental policies and financial projections of major sectors such as retail
and big data analytics influence business proceedings. I competed my schooling from Nicolae
Iorga – Bacau (1984-1992) and Mageron (1993-1997) and I also completed a technical course
from Spiru Haret București which have laid down a strong foundation for my future career. My
previous education in Romania has also shaped me as a competent individual by making my
basics strong in major aspects needed to succeed in the business world such as knowing how to
work in a team, having strong communication skills and being proficient in digital and computer
oriented technologies.

Despite being quite complex to study in an effective manner, the field of business
management is very rewarding and attracts a large number of scholars and students looking to
break through and gain lucrative positions on a daily basis for a multitude of reasons. My drive
to study the field of business administration comes from both aforementioned aspects as I
possess a passionate drive to learn about the way businesses operate in the current environment
along with the way in which their operations are subject to changes owing to the turbulent
external environment. I have also chosen to apply for this course as I possess an analytical mind
and I like to conduct researches based on various data variables which are all an important
dimension of business. There are many strategic tools of business management such as SWOT
analysis, Porter's 5 forces and PESTLE factors to name a few which help analyse and gain
practical knowledge about many companies and industries and I would like to further perfect my
analytical skills by enrolling in this course and attaining knowledge regarding the same. I also
possess some inclination towards entrepreneurship and would love to one day own a personal
side business venture, for the purpose of which it is very important to enrol in a technical
management course such as this one.
I have many hopes and dreams attached to this course as it will be a major contributor
towards the shaping of the future career trajectory in the field of business management upon
successful enrolment as I am fully committed to making a bright career in the field of business
management. By enrolling myself in this course, I aim to attain various technical skills which
will help me advance my goal of attaining a managerial position in a major company which
ranges from astute knowledge of complex tasks such as business analytics and managing daily
business operations. My main goal in the later stages of my life is to one day be in control of my
own business, for the purpose of which this course is very important as it will help enrich my
mind with the knowledge needed to achieve my dreams. Through this business management
course, I hope to become a master of the art of business management and entrepreneurship and I
hope this course results in carving a lucrative pathway for my career in a way that I am proficient
enough to help run major businesses while also being capable enough to one day run my own
venture.

Despite being fully dedicated to enrol myself in this course and perform in a stellar
manner to justify my inclusion, I also recognize the fact that zeal alone cannot help one achieve
success in their desired field and my ambitious future goals and expectations from this course
can act as major roadblocks in the future. One of the biggest challenges that I will face
personally if enrolled in this course is to establish a proper repertoire with people I have not met
before and establish standards of teamwork as business management is a very diverse field
involving students from all spheres and walks of life. I will look to overcome this challenge by
developing a friendlier attitude and positive attitude towards life and I will also learn more about
educational and cultural diversity to develop more sensitivity while interacting with people
belonging to various cultures. Another major challenge I can face is struggling to balance my
academic schedule with my personal life as this is a tricky balance to learn but I will also look to
overcome this challenge by learning about proper standards of time management and learning
about juggling multiple tasks at the same time in a professional environment.
