1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and
development, and the transferable skills
The personal learning is involved while developing the
various skills in order to achieve success and growth. The
personal development is related to the development of an
individual. The personal learning will include the self
development and the transferable skills which help in analyzing
the aspect of the development for the growth of an individual. I
was able ti identify that I need to acquire knowledge and skills
from the academic learning. The learning is important for me
and developing the various aspect in order to achieve success
and good academic marks which will further help in the
amputated organization.
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal
learning and development
The personal development is defined as the process of
developing the various learning skills which will help an
individual to develop themselves for achieving the success and
growth. Under this process it is been observed that the
individual focus on the various learning aspect which further
assist in generating growth and achieving the goals and
objectives. It is very important for an individual to set the
different goals which shows the employable of the individual in
achieving success. I was able to develop certain skills which
further help me out in analyzing the solutions to the problems
and creating the different perspective in life. I was able to
develop skills in the management filed. I have identified that
there are certain skills which I was ale to develop in m
respective fled. I was able to focus on the communication skills
which is most important in my marketing filed in order to attract
customers and convince them. This was the skills which I
analyses is most important because this help me out in being
effective in my academic studies and develop my career.

1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed
by attending this module
There were various skills which I have leaned during this module which are
discussed below:
 Information technology- This was the skills which I was able to develop
during the academic learning. This is the most important skill which is required
at the time of learning and further is the professional life. The use of the
computer an knowledge of the various aspect is important for an individual.
While studying in the university I was able to learn the new aspects of the
technology which can make the task easier. This was the skill which I
developed and learn the new aspect of making the task to complete on time
with the use of technology. This was the development in my learning and
make me more confident in doing my task.
 Listening skills- This is the most important skill which is required at the time
of the academic learning. This is important for the development and the
communication. It is very important for me to develop this skill because in
order to communicate well the individual need to listen properly during the
time of attending classes my focus was on listening to the instructions in an
effective manner which can help me in understanding the aspect. This was
the skill which I developed during this module. In related to my filed this is the
skill which I need to acquire in order to understand the perspective of the
consumers in an effective and efficient manner.
1.3 Skills I would like to develop during my academic studies,
personal life and the workplace
There are various skills which I need to develop in order to be effective and efficient
within the academic and further in the professional life. The various skills are
discussed below:
Analytical and research skills- I have identified that it is very important to
learn the analytical and research skills in order to be effective and coefficient within
the workplace. This is the most important skill which is required in order to develop
the skills and create the development in an individual. This is the skill which involves
the ability to search in an effective manner. This involves the ability to solve the
critical problems and identify the various information which can have an advantage
within the workplace.
Communication skills- this is the another skill which is important for me and I need
to develop more. This is important because the communication affects a lot. As
within the busies organization and in academic I should able to communicate in an
effective and efficient manner. As I have develop my career in the marketing and
finance filed and looking for my career in marketing executive requires the
communication skill which will help in attracting the consumers.
