Introduction
Personal development has a very crucial part in the long term life of the people. It provides
assistance to the students in order to gain several set of skills and different abilities in order to
make them accomplish their long term goals as well as objectives which are formed for their
betterment of life (Salice, 2020). In addition to it this is the method which provide assistance
to the people in order to adapt as well as learn efficiently and effectively and also maintains
the functioning. Moreover to this the following report will cover about the determination
which is linked to the different type of transferable skills which the people have developed. In
addition to it it will also cover about several akademik research in which the requirement of

conducting the task in such a way which will assist the entire development of the people.
Also there is utilization of understanding and learning log as well as of action plan which
provide assistance to the people in order to adapt as well as learn efficiently and effectively.
1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the
transferable skills
Personal learning - This is the technique which provide assistance to the people in
order to understand as well as learn effectively from there personal experience and it has also
been understood that I am being more capable to understand and learn more efficiently as
well as effectively at the period of studies. In addition to it I have also acknowledge that there
are several different set of capabilities and skills which has the very crucial part in attaining
several different desirable job positions in the future career. Moreover to this these
capabilities provide assistance to me in order to give the interview and get selected suitably in
the different organization (Luna, and Arce, 2021).
Transferable skills - These skills Refers to the decision making skills,
communication skills, leadership skills, problem solving skills, time management skills and
various more which can be implemented as well as adopted by me in several different job
positions. Moreover to this there is necessity of adapting search different set of skills and
abilities which can assist in accomplishing the projects in the efficient and proper way so that
long term goals as well objectives can be accomplished suitably for the long period of time in
the organization as it will lead to the long term success.
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and
development
Learning is the method which provide assistance to the students in order to attain success in
the career. In addition to it a person should have the capability as well as discipline in
accordance to adapt and learn from the specific project they have been assigned. The growth
of the pupil is required for their long term betterment. In according to me the suitable method
of learning is self study and by taking the support of mentor (Servodidio, 2019). I feel that
faculty and teachers can efficiently and effectively teach in the educational institute and by
focusing in the classroom different lessons and concept can become more easy and I am
getting more capable to adapt and understand different concept.

This is required to implement swt evaluation so that every of the weakness as well as
different set of skills can be conveniently evaluated. This also assist in minimising the threat
and weaknesses as well as also the issues which may act as the barrier in the personal
development (Kearns, 2019). Moreover to this it also provides supports to adapt different
type of the capabilities which leads to the accomplishment of the project and work efficiently
and effectively that will lead to getting the good result. I basically focuses in making the
suitable timetable for me and because of this timetable I can be focus on attaining the success
in my professional as well as personal life.
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed by
attending this module
Transfer skills are very necessary for all the people that will assist in impacting them
positively. In addition to it such set of skills are needed in all the type of the field in
professional as well as in the personal life of the people. These abilities are known to be most
suitable as well as valuable for the people that assist in making sure dad person will attain the
specific job position in the organization. In addition to weight it also shows that all the time I
need any type of suggestion or the guidance these skills or transfer skills is one of the most
useful for me at that time. At the time of constructing my own future Transferable skills are
one of the most helpful that will enable me in my abilities and skills. Moreover to their such
different set of skills are decision making skills, leadership skills, communication skills,
management of time and various more. All the student attacks and learn the set of skills by
monitoring the practices of work as well as behaviour of other people in the organization.
1.3 Skills I would like to develop during my academic studies, personal life
and the workplace
While I was studying in the education organization I was in requirement of several
different types of the skills and capabilities that will support me in communicating with
others, getting suitable grades and also completion of the task and assignment effectively and
efficiently (Summerfield, 2018). Irrespective of this the different types of the skills that
requires in the life of the people are also very essential and a person can develop these kids
by focusing more on their routine and daily activities. Moreover to this I am required to adopt

effectual skills of writing, managing my time as well as conducting the effectual research as
well. In addition to it I am also needed to of management of tile which will assist me in
managing my personal life with my professional life and because of this I can also manage
my time in accordance to the urgency and my priorities.
