1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal
learning and development
I have a very straight forward approach to the personal development which is
a lifelong process through which the people are able to assess. In the personal
development the influence of the work related is skills is very important to be present
(Lejeune, Beausaert and Raemdonck, 2021). I focuses on the systematic process of
development which is helps in enhancing the employers for skills, knowledge and
also competencies that are has helped me to develop my performance in the
personal development practices. I was able to develop my learning as I was in the
training and development process. It can be said that my strengths were very
beneficial for me in these stages as they helped me to gro my strategies which are
considered to be the ways in which I can establish growth. The application of the
learning techniques was very influential in my personal development. In my persona
development my focus was always on development of my communication and
leadership. This is the reason I was very busy all the time and was not able to
manage my time properly. Thus, due to his reason I was considered to be poor in the
time management skills. In the future, it can be said that the growth of the business
is generally the result of the training which he does in the personal development
procedure. I also need to focus on my researching skills which are considered to be
main skills that can help me growth my future competencies (Kharadze and Gulua,
2018).
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed
by attending this module
Transferable skills are those skills which generally helps in developing better for the
academics, work, and employment. these are being carried from on place to another
for performing the particular job. The transferable skills that I have developed during
the academic studies, workplace and in personal life includes:
Team working are transferable skills are those which is very important for
being an effective manger and very important for working in a group and in different
teams. These have helped me for working effectively with the team members, by
accepting various responsibilities related to work. Also helps in better achieving task
which tem members mainly working for the common goals. also, the Communication
skills these skills are very important for performing every work in the workplace or in
academics also in personal life. These are those transferable sills which have helped
me in communicating various deals and information in clear means and helps in
working effectively in every aspects of life.
Furthermore, the Time management time skills, has helped me in completing
the work and assigned task on time in helps in working in the prior manner for
meeting the set deadlines and completing on time the assigned task in life.
Listening skills these are those skills which have been developed while learning this
module, these skills has assisted me in building the better understanding and the
ability to better communicate with on another while effectively listening to the
information. Also, by acquiring the Problem solving skills has helped me in solving
various problems of life. These skills have assisted me in resulting out various
alternatives for solving day to day problems. Also helps me in finding out various
bottlenecks for finding out various solutions. furthermore, The Decision making are
also transferable skills which helps in taking various important decisions regarding

the various financial operations being required in workplace. Also taking decision
regarding the academics for solving various assignments.
Critical thinking is also considered as the transferable skills, by acquiring
these has helped me in critical thinking for various problems an evaluating and
interpreting the information being communicated just for making the judgments.
Moreover, the Adaptability skills, for working with the different perspective people.
These skills have helped me in adapting the changes that takes place in life also in
workplace and in academics. These have helped me in demonstrating and getting
things done better with maintaining the positive attitude towards every work.
Computer skills are technical skills that I have developed while learning this module.
these skills help in operating various software’s in computer and also assist me in
managing the day to day operations related to the worksheets and excel work.
Research are the highly valued skills, which has helped me Researching correct
information about the work being assigned and helps in making the correct report
and projects in life (Janakiraman, 2018). Also the leadership and the management
skills have helped me in managing the various task and operation related to day to
day work and the leadership skills have helps in leading other for the certain
situations and also motivates people for taking responsibility and managing the work.
1.3 Skills I would like to develop during my academic studies,
personal life and the workplace
There are certain skills which I need to improve in order to influence the
growth in my academics that can help with the examples of skills and people which
are commonly considered to be the facilitation of the personal growth opportunities.
My focus in my academics would be developed my communication skills which also
included proper listening, writing and it is considered to be very helpful in the
generation my self-improvement and also personal improvement. Other skills which I
am the most focused are research skills which are related to the finding key
information over the internet which can help in the growth of the study. It also
includes searching information both online and offline platforms. With the help of the
personal development improving my leadership skills will also be a way in which I
would want to develop my business and also influence the personal development
(Debognies and et.al., 2019). My focus will also be on the transferable skills such as
the problems solving skill which is going to help me become a good manager as it
requires key decision-making which is developed through problem solving. It can
also be said that with the influence of personal development I might also be able to
think more critically which will be a very important asset to my growth in the
academical world. Leadership will be the focus of my learning for which I would need
to be the part of more and more teams so that I can lead them to their objectives. My
personal aim would be to take challenges which will help me learn and develop
myself.
