INTRODUCTION
• The academic and the professional’s skills are
generally an effective knowledge that can
encourage the students in becoming the most
effective student within the class.
• In this, the academic skills can assist the
students in order to achieve the career oriented
specific objectives by efficiently enhancing the
relevant skills like issues resolving, the
communication skills, writing skills and so on.

• Consisting a positive and skillful communication
skill generally aid me in improving my interactions
with other people.
• With help of communication skill, it successfully
build my confidence level.
WEAKNESS
• Consisting asthenic in the quantitative skill while
handling the numerical data.
• Consisting low level of interpretation skill.
• Lack in multitasking ability.
• Lack in managing conflicts while performing
different tasks.
OPPORTUNITIES
• Through online sessions, it gives an opportunity to
enhance the knowledge and skill.
• Improving learning abilities to improve skill.
THREATS
• Multiple skills were improved within the students
and enhance the quality and their performance as
well.
• Skills can elevate the competition levels and
reduce my performance in a negative manner.
• Having continuous improvement within
technology is difficult as it needs more
specification and reliability within the field.

Skill: Quantitative skill
Development Process: In order to improve the quantitative skills, a person should take online
sessions through online platform.
How can I Judge: The possible pathway of judging a person’s performance is giving the exam. A
person must improve their practice time for resolving the quantitative basis on regular basis. A person
should perform more examinations in order to judge their performance as per the marks obtained
within the examination.
Time Frame: To improve the quantitative skills effectively, it needs about 2 months to properly learn
efficiently about the skills.

CONCLUSION
From the presentation, it is being concluded that developing both academic and professional
skills are crucial in order to perform, better across various field. In this, the students can get a
constructive feedback from their batch mates and educators when they able to improve their academic
skills. Furthermore, there is also discussed about the specific difficulties faced by the management
students in business studies and across the professional field. Moreover, there has been provided a
SWOT analysis along with one particular skill which is required to be improved efficiently among
individuals.
