overcoming this problem, Schofield will be able to leave its mark on medium and large business
units. Also digitalisation, (as per demand of business) can be applied to expand business where
optimum use of resources can be achieved in effective and profound manner. It can be done by
using cloud technology for implementing HRIS for storing, retrieving and modifying their data
and information over the web. Cloud services are meant to be more flexible, time-effective and
invulnerable. By applying these measures, Schofield can expand its business operation and
activities in a structured and efficient way to meet organisational goals.
