Introduction
The business management project is the management, which includes the controlling and
directing the individual group to accomplish the set project aims and goals on the given time.
The report will be subdivided into three main parts in which the first task will be on the
quantitative approach in which introduction, methodology and recommendation will be given. In
the second task, it will be on the qualitative approach which is as divided as the first task in
which its aim, hypothesis, objectives, strategy, philosophy of research, data analysis techniques
will be discussed on each of these tasks in the context of the management and human resources.
At last the literature review will be evaluated on the quantitative approach in context to human
resource shown in the report.

Introduction

acquire the data that is analysed by statistical method (Walliman, 2017).
As the part of the quantitative analysis, the self-made questions by the business related to
management will be further sent to an employee who is working in the business so that to easily
extract the information on bullying, causes, forms which lead to the bullying behaviour. In the
questionnaire, the general questions are asked such as work experiences, job level, age, ethnicity
and gender, and in the second part, the questionnaire is made up of open and closes ended
questions related to relevant topics. The research design is an overall plan in terms of relating the
problems of conceptual research to practical and relevant empirical research.
In human resource journals, the researching methodology of trust is illuminated by the authors
who reflect their own work. Also, such challenges will point a way towards the future

Finding and recommendation
It has been identified from the above that by offering the appropriate solution relating the
management of the business there is need to write the /proper plan of the business management,
and there is need to talk about the revenue, prepare for the success, which helps in building the
strong relations among the organization, its employee and customers. This will helps the
business project to gain more productivity and profitability, which well is beneficial for them in
the further (Robinson et al., 2016). In the book of management, the author has suggested having
a better flow in term of using the appropriate methods, techniques and approaches of the research
which will provide the desired output to the business management. Hence in the book of human
resource, the author has suggested that quantitative methods are the best method for collecting
the valuable information and data of the customer and employee who are working in the
organization by using questionnaire and survey and then distributed randomly to them to identify
their opinions and views related to a specific subject.

Introduction

subjective methodologies in terms of gathering the data or information systematically. In the
context of management, the author has considered the record keeping method which uses similar
information source and existing document as a main source of data (Smith, 2015). Case study
method also has evolved before recent years and also developed into a qualitative method of
research.
The data analysis of qualitative approaches such as text document, audio recording image, videos
and note are the methods in which the text analysis is the most common and used method. For
analyzing the data the text analysis method is used which are different from qualitative methods
in which the researcher will analyze the respondent’s opinion towards the subject as well as also
decode the actions, words etc. The qualitative data collected the data usually at a sight in which
the respondent is experiencing the problems or issues. It gathers the numerous forms typically
like document, observations and interviews instead on the single source of the data (Silverman,

The research which uses the qualitative approach is not because this seems something of being
represented. This usually involves the complex philosophical or theoretical framework. It has
been identified that more research is a need in context to human resource in terms of identifying
the best way for improving their skills and talents, which is effective to overcome the barriers.
Also, research has to explore the different aspect impact of the management culture through
appropriate communication, training, team working and reporting that includes the comparison

According to Nolan and Garavan (2016), the human resource in the organization is an important
