Project Description
The undertaken research will be addressing the need of proper business management and
change management in an existing business to improve the current business processes. Change
management and business management is capable of easing out the process of organizational
change. However, in this process, employees are needed to get and understanding of the
importance of change management and business management for organizational success.
Background
Change management can be discussed as a systematic approach of dealing with the
transformation of the goals and the processes of the organization. In this particular research the
effect and the importance of change management in the organization CMA CGM is considered.
Change in an inevitable part of a business organization and therefore effective planning process
is needed to be implemented in a business organization. The research aims in analyzing the
change management process with special focus on the importance of change management in
CMA CGM. The business of CMA CGM enhances eBusiness solutions by optimizing the
management process of shipment online.

The research will collect data from the official website of CMA CGM. Prior to that, a detailed
understanding of the change management process is needed to be established. According to
Hornstein (2015), organizational change management is a necessity. Fernandez and Rainey

The undertaken study seeks to find answer to the primary research question. The secondary
questions will help in finding answers to the primary research question. The answer to the
research question will be obtained with the help of secondary data analysis.
Methodology and Data Resources
The method section identifies the tools and techniques that are needed to complete the project
in a successful manner.
The data collection method that will be used in this particular research is secondary data.
Different case studies and previously published journals will be considered as a source of
secondary data. Also, data will be collected from the official website and annual reports of the
selected organization.

method is linked with non-statistical data analysis and will be appropriate for establishing the
