Before attending school, I did not know about the
cultural and the social environment but now I have
been able to know that the Cultural and social
expectation are the expectation that the teachers
expect from the students by giving them the
standards of the behaviour and cultural norms that
is put forth by the system of that school (Jones,
2018). The first cultural and social expectation
that teachers has expected from me in business
management school is to make and follow the
positive environment of the school, with following
all the principles and morals in the schools. These
things help all the students in disciplining them
and gaining the chances of opportunities in the
future events and management in the school.
Organized cultural environment includes the
social ethics to be followed by every student that
will help the students in changing the performance
management strategies. The cultural expectation
also includes the morals, rules- regulations,
languages, art, customs etc. that to be followed,
