Japanese business environment. International Journal of Productivity and Performance
Management, 64(3), 416-433. DOI:10.1108/IJPPM-09-2014-0138

organisation in the Japanese business environment. This is considered that the business
environment can be divided into the external and internal business factors which are related to
the productivity and the performance of the business. Hence it is considered to be one of the
most important factors for the company to manage the environmental factors that are related to
the company's performance. The aim of the research paper was to show a link between the
transformational processes and the changes that have been observed by the companies which are
located in Japan. Here the investigator of the research put the main focus on the employees,
organisations behaviour and also possess the analysis of the company’s process.
This research was done on the basis of the research problems and identified the current trend in
the strategic management and the corporate performance of the company. The researcher in this
report analysed the two hypotheses that were made by him. This was seen that the involvement
of women in the workforce was considered to be one of the main factors for the performance of
the business. Also, the employment of the foreign staff in the organisation has a positive impact
on the performance of the company. This is seen from the investigation that the Japanese

Nobre, Liana Holanda Nepomuceno, Grable, John E, Silva, Wesley Vieira Da, & Nobre,
Fábio Chaves. (2018). Managerial risk taking: A conceptual model for business
use. Management Decision, 56(11), 2487-2501.
https://doi-org.ezproxy.cqu.edu.au/10.1108/MD-09-2017-0892

making approach of the decision makers. For this research to be done a multi cantered

of the company. The framework was related to the conflicts that were granted and the conflict
between the macro and microenvironmental factors.
This research paper used an integrative model which helped in providing theoretical tools which
can be used for the further expansion of the relationship between the risk and the decision
making. This was given in the findings that there are various issues that are related to the
company's operational efficiency which includes the operational, financial and the governance

Sijbom, R., Anseel, F., Crommelinck, M., De Beuckelaer, A., & De Stobbeleir, K. (2018).
Why seeking feedback from diverse sources may not be sufficient for stimulating
creativity: The role of performance dynamism and creative time pressure. Journal of
Organizational Behavior, 39(3), 355-368.
https://doi-org.ezproxy.cqu.edu.au/10.1002/job.2235
The article is related to the seeking of performance from the diverse sources which may not be
considered to be sufficient for stimulating the creativity of the organisation. Here the role of the
performance dynamism and the creative time pressure has been identified by the researcher. Here
the impact of seeking feedback from the different sources and the employee creativity has been
analysed by the company. However, the company argue and analyse the contextual factors of the
performance of the organisation. The investigator identified the two-factor performance namely
the performance dynamism and the creative time pressure for the company. In this, the
researcher also focused on seeking the response from the diverse sources of the company. The
author of the company revealed that the selection process of the diverse firm would result in
effective management and would cost higher to the organisational performance.
The researcher founded out that organisation should seek feedback from a variety of sources and
the employee creativity should be forecasted through the given source. Employee creativity is
considered as the development of the ideas which are considered both as novel and useful for the
users of the organisation. They also seek the variety in the feedback and the source which are
taken by the company from the employers.
Hence the knowledge of firms and the diverse information that is collected by the various source
should be considered by the organisation. The research paper has clearly highlighted the
importance of the diverse functions of the firm and the nature of the firm's operations.
Document Page
Conclusion
From the above review of the research paper, this has been identified that various knowledge of
five elements of business management has been considered. Within these factors that have been
identified it is crucial for the firm to focus on the organisational function and the structure as the
main function. As in the Big four banks that are identified in Australia this is seen that the
diverse function of the firm is considered to be one of the most important aspects. As the bank
invests in different countries hence it is important for them to identify this as the main function.
Hence understanding the diversity of the products and the operations that they focus is
considered to be most important. This is seen that the diverse firm has better performance as
compared from the rigid firm and the decision making process is considered to be more effective
so as to increase the demand of the products and the customer base of the company. So it is
beneficial for the company to consider the financial and non-financial perspectives of the
business. Hence this would be worth discussing for the future of the organisations
