INTRODUCTION
Business performance is the only aspect that assists the entities to reach towards the defined
goals and objectives and through this, business can also survive in competitive market place.
Managing business activity is all about management of activities occurs in organization (Shen,
2008). The concept is also termed as the process of enhancing business performance level on higher
extent. The present research study has been made on University of London where in the principal
has undertaken different activities to manage all the functions and processes in effective manner.

Long term business success and profitability is directly related to the strength and quality of

aim of the university is to deliver proper services to the students and the university also desires to
enhance the standard of education among people (Pagano, 2006). The university follows proper
structure to manage all the roles and duties and the chain of command is followed in centralized
way where in top authority is accountable to delegate duties to all the subordinates. Different
departments in the university are human resource department, financial department, administration
department and employee training department. All the departments have been working in integrated
