INTRODUCTION
It is very necessary for an organisation or company to maintain their business
successfully. They have to maintain all of their activities according to their given time period to
achieve the desired goals. If a company is manage their activities successfully then the outcomes
which they achieve is always positive and it will helps in maximise their profits (Shattock,
2010). If company invest large amount in any project then they expect positive results. If
manager manage all the activities in the company then manager will divide work accordingly and
then employees do their work more effectively and efficiently. If they manage business
successfully then it will help them to gain goodwill. It will also help to maximise the value of
business and along with they get successful to fulfil the expectation of their stakeholders. For this
manager also can make some business strategies that will helpful to attain long term benefits for
company.

P1 Aims and objectives
Corporate social responsibility is like a business approach that helps in development by deliver
some benefits like environmental, social, economical to all the shareholders. Every company and
country has their own responsibilities for public, it is differently implemented according to each
company and country (Eckerson, 2010). It contains right of human, working conditions, safety,
health etc. to development of economy. Every company has their responsibilities that they not
only do efforts for themselves only but also for society to maintain their CSR.
Different business has different corporate social responsibility. Some responsibilities of the
company is to provide shelter, food, water to poor people. They also reduce the waste and
recycle them. Corporate social responsibility of the company is they tries to recycle in maximum
quantity so that they will use material in minimum range. They also create a healthy and safe
environment for the people by reducing waste.
The company also invest in some projects which is beneficial to them and people also through
that they can provide more benefits to people of the society. If they do that then obviously they
contribute in society for their betterment and also fulfil the social duty (.Keller,Parameswaran,
and Jacob, 2011). In society it is not necessary that there is only high or middle class people,

there are some poor people also. So that company provide those poor people shelter, food,
education to their children to complete their basic need through that they can survive easily.
Company also motivate other people to complete their corporate social responsibilities.
If they earn more profits in maximum range then also they have to fulfil or follow each
and every law and regulations or norms which is issued by government authorities.
The company do more and more corporate social responsibility or can say that they do
more efforts for this so image of that company take place on people's mind and it will
help them to improve their goodwill in market. And if they introduce any new project
then investors easily invest in the company. It also helpful to increase their market share
price (Smith,Binns,and Tushman, 2010).
They also provide better services to their customers and provide them satisfaction.
P2 Project management plan
Project management plan contains the information regarding projects of the company. It is a
formal plan for company which they have to follow. It is a baseline or blueprint of project. It
includes the information regarding project that how project can be execute and how the
implementation can do. If plan is made properly then it can helps to reduce the consumption of
material and maximise the profits.
If project plan is properly made then it also helps to reduce the cost. The plan involves cost, risk,
time, scope etc. It is not a schedule, it is a plan which contain how the task and activities can be
done to achieve or fulfil the target. This plan is also include risk management through this it
helps to reduce the risk which is related with the project (Edmonds, 2011). People also learn how
the time management is done and it will help them to provide their services on timely basis.
There are various contents for project management plan is mentioned as below:
Human resource requirements: For any work there is always need of human resources. If
people need training for the project then company has to plan training for employees.
Material or equipment requirements: In this, it is identify that how much material and which
type of equipment is necessary to completion of project.
Budget or cost estimation: It is necessary to identify the budget for the project because it is
necessary to work under the budget only. It includes the cost of labour, material, capital items
etc.

and reduce it.

every person do their work according to them only. Gantt chart is very easy and can easily
understandable and provide time frame. It is useful in following terms -
it helps to breaking down the structure.
It also helps to employees because they can relate their work with others also.
Work schedule is decided on day basis only.
Identify the process for project planning: It means to understand the project properly company
can use flow chart through this they can easily understand that which part is completed. After
identify that company can easily understand that which part is left and in what quantity resources

created plan and it will be more easier. For this they only need to fill the spaces with the relevant

Using information to your advantage: Once the chart is completed then employer has to decide

employer can share this with their client and they will know that when the project can be

days through this manager can able to see that how many people are working on it and it can
easily determine that what problems are arise. If everything is going on better way then the
project can complete on time.
