Definition of the concept of personal and professional development
Personal and professional development is helpful for the development of career and in
this case it becomes very important to develop the skills which will be useful for achieving
the success in life.
Description and discussion of the value of short term goals
identifying at least 3 personal examples
Short term goals are those goals which have to be achieved over a short duration of
time which includes in a week (Moretti and Mattozzi, 2019). I have also prepared some of my
goals which I have to achieve in short duration-
Complete one lesson daily.
Develop a morning routine.
Do the medication at least for 10 minutes.

Medium term goals are those which take months for the completion of things which are
useful for the development. I have identified some things which will be useful for me in my
future.

or either to improve their vocabulary or might be they are just interested in
reading.
