Study of business management plays an integral role in attaining the knowledge to work effectively in the corporate sector. While
studying in this field, one need to follow various types of aspects to keep concentrated in the achieving their goals. Nowadays, it is not limited to
the area of business knowledge but students expect several benefits which they will get during their management studies. This report discusses
about the different attributes of culture and behaviour of students which are needed in studying business management, which includes their
moral obligations and values which are essential to present themselves as responsible individual.

as the various messages and terms that
are adapted by the students regarding
the various culture and behaviours that
are surrounded by the students in
different Universities and schools.
There are a lot of students in their
universities which are from different
cultures and backgrounds (Jena, 2020).

so that they can interact more with

As I pursued the course of Business
Management, I learnt a lot of skills that
have helped me to enhance my functional
ability so as to perform effectively and

analysed by me so as to get a better
understanding regarding the various
cultures and diversities. Including this,
I also enhanced a lot of qualities such
as, communicating effectively, being

and weakness which can further help me to
