Self-motivated- By being self-motivated it has acted as strength by which
interest and willingness for work has increased. This strength resulted in

Lack of concentration- Lack of concentration is one of the major weakness which
affected the ability to perform the task and complete the assigned work within the
deadlines. Due to lack of concentration it leads to delay and resulted into prolonged
working hours and as a result, this has increased dissatisfaction from the assigned work
and increase in losing interest.
Lack of leadership- Due to lack of leadership this as acted as a weakness and an
inability to work in a direction which will be helpful in achieving the objectives. This
weakness has affected the ability to meet the deadlines, delay in completion of work and
lack of clarity in direction of working.
Communication skills- Communication skill is one of the most important skill which
was helpful in sharing all information and created an ability to understand the people's
