•An individual must have to possess the academic skills as well as the professional skills because it is the
most important skills which need to be maintained in each individual.
•Academic skills may assist the individuals to increase or enhance the productivity skills or creativity skills
along with that help them to set some target goals and work on it whereas professional skills may lead an
individual to more career oriented which assist them to be more practical or technical at the workplace.
• The project reports describe some challenges which is faced by the student while business management
studying. The project report also describes the importance of professional skills as well as the academic
skills. Apart from this, the project report describes personal SWOT analysis.

digital marketing as I had done my graduation in digital
marketing. Hence, taking online course can help me in boosting
my knowledge as well as lead me to be more effective or

From the above project report, it is concluded that the student face so many difficulties while studying
the business management along with maintaining professional life. The challenge may be work life

guide the student to develop confidence, self-esteem and competence. Hence, project report concludes
