people in society. Social competencies, personal behaviour and
understanding of people are some kind of qualities related to
personal skill development. Communication, accurate knowledge of
business activity related to respective field, planning and proper
management of time to achieve set goals are multiple qualities
involves in professional skill development (Apker and et.al., 2006).

Choosing to study business management after graduation has several benefits which

too many task.
2. I get nrevous while presenting idea to the client and this fear of
public speaking often takes the passion out of my presentation.
Opportunites
1. Im attending skill development conferences next month. This will
allow me to upgarde my knowledge regarding my field.
2. I have time management skill through which I can complete my
work on time and manage them with efficiency.
Threats.
1. I have low decision-making power which reduces my
performances as I cant take quick decision.
2. I have less ability to solve the problem of my completed work
which is a big threat for me.

Moreover Personal Swot is being conducted so that strength, weakness, opportunities and threat of the
individual can be understood by the induvial. Lastly Personal development plan is being made so that
learners can work upon the weakness of the individual which help them for the future planning.
