INTRODUCTION
Business management refers to the process of organising, planning and analysing the
activities that are related with the organisation. The effective management and smooth running of
business is ensured if the person is able to deal with all the challenges that are there in the
business report. Personal analysis is essential as it helps the person in realising the strengths and
weakness and the ways in which they can further develop their skills in order to get personal and
professional benefits in life. In this report, the SWOT analysis of my skills and attributes are
covered along with the opportunities that I have in the business management profile. Further the
growth in this career option is also discussed.

One of my strengths include
determinate towards my work and
always focused about what I am doing.
I am very much committed. When I
was working at airport as a check-in
agent I used to comfort people so that
they do not feel stressed.
I am also so much disciplined in my
personal and professional life. I always
tend to finish my work on given time
period and complete my commitments
at my workplace effectively (Herman,
2017). This strength of mine helps me
in making my good image in front of
mentors or supervisors as I always used
to follow their directions properly.
I am also dedicated towards

detailed person. I pay too much
attention and wants details of every

makes me delaying in my projects and
sometimes annoyed my subordinates or

currently I own a store in which I sell Romanian products. I manage all the operations of the
store which helped me in developing interest in this field, also before this I used to work at an
airport through which I learned a lot of skills. Further the ways in which my skills would help in
generating good career opportunities are discussed below: Adaptability- During the years when I worked at an airport, I developed this skills as I
used to work in different shifts and I was required to adapt to the new timings,
environment and working conditions. I learnt that adapting to the environment in which I
work is most essential in order to increase the productivity. Further at my next work in
which I managed all the operations of grocery store, I learnt that the environment is ever
changing and I am required to adapt to the environment in order to sustain for a longer

path will also provide me chances to enhance my knowledge about new and advanced
technologies which would keep me updated regularly with world. I will also be able to develop
new ideas for marketing certain products or services which would assist me improving my
