1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development,
and the transferable skills
1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal
learning and development
Personal learning is the way where a student will identify their own performance and
get to know about their strong and weak skills. Here, an instructor like teacher will
instruct me and I will get to know about my personal experience (Musinova, 2019).
Whenever I have given a task then I will make sure that I will complete it on time and
reflect after competition of task that what skills have developed and what all skills I
have lack behind to develop with the module. Personal learning will further help me
to develop those skills which will help me to develop my professional career.
Communication skill is one of the skills which are related to sharing of information
from one person to another effectively. Hence, I observe others that how they
communicate with each other’s and I learn from my personal observations and try to
follow effective way of communicating.
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed
by attending this module
Transferable skills are those skills of expertise which are used in various kinds of
jobs and occupations. Few of the transferable skills which I have developed during
this module are mentioned below-
Communication skill- I have developed communication skill by interacting
with more people for completing this module. I have interacted with teachers
to identify how to complete the projects and assignments of various courses in
my academic years. Hence, interacting with more people I know will help me
to develop my communication skill.
Time management skill- I also learn time management skill by completing all
projects and assignments on time by preparing time table of my each activity
per day and by preparing priority list of tasks that which task should be
completed first and which one should be later (Plato, 2018).
Writing skills- I also learn writing skills where I get to know that long
paragraphs should be avoided and proper headings and subheadings will
make the written content attractive to read. I also learned that the content
which is written should be grammatically correct and must be have correct
spelling.

I would like to develop few skills during my academic skills and these skills are
mentioned below-
