Personal Statement:
My name is Amalia Gherghina. I recently graduated from the Wembley college that is
famous for general business studies. During my graduation I worked as a supervisor in
housekeeping and after completed my graduation I am also working in the same organization as
a assistant manager. This is all because I like to learn something new everyday in order to deal
with the different type of customers and also like to do lot of work in a customer services. In
future I see myself as an independent women in order to achieve my particular goals and
objectives in an appropriate manner. Along with this, I am very enthusiastic or qualified person
with good work of efficiency. Apart from this, I want to go for top up in Bucks New University
to achieve my degree in the Business Management as I am very much interested in this course.
Because business management will help me in the future to open my own business. I like several
things about this subject or course is that management and business are the disciplines in order to
analysing, organising, planning and managing different types of business operations in a
systematic way.
According to my working experience and knowledge skills I want to start my new
business venture and the name of my business is Floral Decoration Store it is the art of using
different types of plants material or flowers in order to create balanced and pleasing composition
in a effective manner. There are various styles of floral designs which are includes in garden
style, botanical style, crescent corsage, nosegay corsage and so on. There is floristry process of
manufacturing, trade and commerce in the flowers. This process focuses on the care of different
type of flowers, floral designs and arrangements of flowers in order to develop good floral
decoration in everywhere. The floristry process of decoration can be involves in the cultivation
of flowers and various art of creating flower arrangements in bowls, vases, baskets or other
severl containers in a perfect way. According to my experience in dealing with several kind of
customers and their services it is very much essential because by this I am able to meet several
customers in order to impress them and also I can fulfil their requirement as per their wishes in a
proper way. For the future I will change the company's strategy like I will implement on the
unique thought and plans so that customers can get easily attract towards the decoration items
from my store. I will also provide affordable price with my company's product so that it
influences the consumers and also helpful in order to gain competitive advantage in business
environment. Therefore, the course of business management is very necessary for me in order to

different styles according to the various culture like eastern, western and European, these all
