The report will explain the concept of business management and the speculations that are in

1. NATURE OF MANAGERIAL WORK IN THE ORGANISATION
The nature of managerial work in the organisation will deal with the challenges as well as the
effective management policies that will determine the contemporary issues of the organisation.
In order to stand in the competitive atmosphere and to attain global environment it is necessary
that the organisation will have to be strong in terms of its management (Santoro and et.al, 2019).
The nature of managers will have to deal with the actions as well as the accordance of directing
the entire workforce into doing things that are to be broadened over all the speculations that will
facilitate as barriers in the organisation. For effective management it is necessary to develop
strategic orientation that is a part of making profitable standard and socialistic approach. For an
organisation to have excellence and to derive its base from the existing norms and policies it is
first necessary to fulfil all the responsibilities of long range planning, controlling, environmental
scanning and supervision of all the activities in the organisation.
2. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT ANALYSIS TO DEVELOP A BUSINESS
OR ORGANISATIONAL STRATEGY
the manager is in charge of dealing with the entire business by understanding of the financial
operations as well as a company's operating policy. the organisational structure is one of the
representative formats that will bring in the strategic orientation that is in regard to the employee
behaviour. there are certain challenges that will fall in regard to being the success of the
organisation and that can be dealt over the external competencies as well as the procedure that
will actors policies for the company. in this regard the manager is in charge of dealing with all
the external environment and mainly the economic political social cultural technological natural
and demographic factors that will fall in regard to the organisational operation. these are the
consistency factors that are being determined by variable format that are a part of external
environment. for the organisation the opportunities will revolve around half of the organisation is
being able to adapt its policies and to derive changes. the strengths and weaknesses of the
organisation are evaluated by the manager and accordingly the plan is being derived

(Kurpayanidi, 2018). there are certain limitations are there in regard to the organisational
upliftment that are brought about by a strategic management and the manager in this regard will
monitor the planning prospect of the organisation and will analyse all the benefits that are in
view of the organisation. the manager will stress upon the importance of strategic management
because it is not until when there is a commitment that is being followed over the organisational
ability in order to deal with the goals that they stand as a determining factor in its decisions as
well as strategic action. so that development as well as the long-term strategies are being derived
in this regard by the manager and that will stand as a unique speculation that can eradicate all the
barriers in the organisation.
3. REFLECTION
In order to develop a team it is first necessary to analyse all the speculations that are in regard to
the organisational upliftment. I will choose a better team that are highly skilled such that they
can at least understand the formulations as the basics. This basics are important in order to bring
in the strategic formulation that are in regard to the organisation and they can work over
evaluation processes. For this I will opt for a project that can bring in the driving factors that are
necessary for the organisation to amend (Ferreira Gregorio and et.al, 2018). The skills that are
mostly necessary will include team management. Team management plays a major role in
bringing about the entire plan into existence. This team management is necessary to foster the
ways as well as believes that are in regard to the organisational speculations because it is not
until when these are evaluated that the team gets to motivate their ideologies and fulfil their
standards. Team management is one of the biggest skill that can work upon in order to stay
competitive in the world full of challenges.
