INTRODUCTION
Academic skills are essential attributes which helps in enhancing abilities and aptitude of
an individual and it enhance person's personality physically and mentally and develops critical
thinking process. These skills helps in elevating persons professional lifestyle. A it makes a
person more confident and motivated and develop sense of prudence which helps in dealing with
intellect situations. These skills develops the ability to understand and share the feelings to
another my by of effective communication, leadership and many more skills (Menz 2020). It
cultivates the values such as, conscientiousness, self reflection, critical thinking and develops
motivation to cultivate commitment and dedication towards subjects which are crucial for time
management, leadership and management. This report will highlight the challenges which exists
in business management and how they are being solved by the individuals in complex situations.
To counter these situations professional skills are required. In this report demonstration will be
made how professional development and academic learning helps in business workplace.

Business management is the study of learning various facets of business activities and
conducts. This learning helps in elevating the theoretic knowledge about the business and its
management. Moreover it equips a person with all the essentiality which are required to function
