Academic skills are essential attributes which helps in enhancing abilities and aptitude of
an individual and it enhance person's personality physically and mentally and develops critical
thinking process. These skills helps in elevating persons professional lifestyle. A it makes a
person more confident and motivated and develop sense of prudence which helps in dealing with
intellect situations. These skills develops the ability to understand and share the feelings to
another my by of effective communication, leadership and many more skills (Menz 2020). It
cultivates the values such as, conscientiousness, self reflection, critical thinking and develops
motivation to cultivate commitment and dedication towards subjects which are crucial for time
management, leadership and management. This report will highlight the challenges which exists
in business management and how they are being solved by the individuals in complex situations.

conducts. This learning helps in elevating the theoretic knowledge about the business and its
management. Moreover it equips a person with all the essentiality which are required to function
business operations at work place. It cultivates many skills which are essential for professional
practice.
 Helps in making connection with new people: Academic learnings comprised of various
attributes which helps in developing professional and personnel relation by interacting
with people having knowledgable and wisdom like professor, teachers, mentors and
many more. For any intersection a good communication is important as it gives a chance
to learn new things and experiences of experts.

 Adjusting in the new places and surroundings : learners are often choose to go far off
from their local zone in order to meet exposer and opportunities to learn and grow more.
Such new milieu or atmosphere gives learners a new platform to demonstrate their talent
and skills .

them which prevents them form indulging in other extra curricular activities. At initial
stage they find it difficult to manage time but with time they develop habit to manage
their time.

understanding abilities more efficient for further learnings. It makes learners ready and equip
with basic skills and understanding which helps them in move ahead. These learning offers
multiple benefits learners become more kind of multitasking and positively face challenges given
to them. They even become more sharper in their studies as they are active and confident
mentally. Following are the importance of effective learning and professional skills which helps
in developing professional identity:
 Time Management: This is the ability which helps learners in organising their effectively
and efficiently towards the thing which are most important for their professional
development. These skills makes learners completely devote their times in productive
activities. In this way they able to understand the value of time and they become habitual
to finish their time before time.
 Enhance the research skills: Students are required to go for several research in their
learning programmes in order to groom and brush up their practical knowledge in their
chosen field. All these research programmes enables learners to become more groom in

their learnings and clear concepts which makes learners develop strong understanding
about the subjects they they choose to pursue.
 Leading computer skills: Computer learning is important as it helps to broaden career
aspects. Computer learning should be integrated as an important subject at elementary
level so that learners can understand its basic and how it can help in profession.

sources helps in making best content. Therefore, learners must do research based
programmes and assignment in order to groom their knowledge.
 Using feedbacks effectively: Feedbacks can be denote as criticizing a person with the
view to bring improvement and not to repeat mistakes. For learners their teachers or
professors are persons who can evaluate their academics performance and if they find any
gaps or mistakes they give feedbacks about their mistakes and gaps. Feedbacks should be
welcomed and take in positive sense in order to identify mistakes and to improve them.
 Developing sustainable studying habits: It pertains to use of tricks and techniques which
improves and cultivates the ability to learn fast. Cultivating habits to learn and understand
helps learners to save their time and energy. By building these habits learners can
evaluate their capacity to understand to hold and utilize their knowledge. These habits

 Be the effective remote learner: learning is wide concept, there is no clear definition of
learning, it is a process wherein a person intake information from their surroundings.
Learning in context of academics where set of subjects are required to study. Learning
can take place at any place even at remote place where no physical presence is required at
institutions. Learners can develop the habit of remote learning.

These skills enables a person to carry out all the professional tasks or challenges effectively and
smoothly. In this report an evaluation is made on the challenges that a learner has to face while
