Introduction
The main objective of this report is to study the theories, methods and
techniques relating to the design and development for Canvas and Ms office of the
IT solution. Further, this following report states the idea of a DSS, ESS, TPS,
Management information system and Knowledge management system along with
their appropriate of examples conceive the various IT system (Balasubramanian and
Selladurai., 2018). This report also explain, how globalization play a important role in
expanding and creating the It Solution for business enterprise by tie it through
technological advancement and the big data analystics. The benefits of digital
revolution in IT sector including the information system outsourcing are described
below:

Office
An It solution is a mixture of various software programs or services. All these
software's are sold-out and merge as a particular bundle. The service parcel
communicator software suits are manufactured and create by the information
technology supplier (Chatterjee, Dey and Dasgupta., 2020). Software substance are
only formed by those developer who are having a right amount of knowledge and
skills about the software developing.
(iii) Canvas: The canvas management system are developed for
supporting the online data practice and information gathering through
recovering the natural data with the alter one to bring new design and
technology in conveying and effective base. The main objective of canvas is
to provide learning and teaching platform for the students starts from normal
to impulsive one. It maintain the procedure for collecting the valid information.
Canvas rapidly brings innovation and design as well as discard the
problematic tools.
(iv) MS Office: The Microsoft office is collection of different software and
services which are created by the Microsoft management system. In include
MS word, MS excel, and MS power point. The MS office is obtained number
of potential customers in all over the world. Over the years, office applications
are increasing and taking large step to bring out the new and better updates.
Microsoft is the software which runs in web browser as well as an Android and
iOS . It is utility suite of desktop productivity which is created specially to be
used for business purpose. MS office is presently contain 35 types of
language and is backed up by Mac, Windows, maximal Linux variable. To
maintained automated office is the major reason of creating Microsoft office.

DSS (Decision Support System)

A decision support system is a multimedia data system which help to
understand and observe the huge volume of information for conveying business
decision making (Khan., 2019). It promotes and improve the business management,
operation work and level of action in making good decisions by analyzing the
importance of unpredictability and the tradeoffs participating in creating one
judgment to another one. Example, Decision support system of organization helps to
predict its expenses and future revenues for a period of time by understanding
previous goods and services sales information and present variables.
ESS (Executive Support System)
An ESS is a type of software that permit customers to convert business
organization information into quickly available statistical information and executive
stage report such as billing, accounting and staffing department. It is mainly used by
the company top managers directly to give support to unplanned judgments in plan
of action management (Tayal and Meena., 2020). Executive support system is also
known as Executive information system. The main element of this system are
hardware, user interface, software and telecom. For example; Cambridge systematic
Inc. develop Executive support system which is coordinated with the finance
program for the Ministry of transportation system in Canada. This system is also
include some specific feature which is useful for the MEDITECH.
TPS (Transaction Processing System)
It is a software which helps the business organization in completing the day to day
business transaction and also helps to track the recorded transaction quickly. There are five
key categories of Transaction processing system that are marketing, production, accounting
system, human resource system and the last one are set different for different industry or
business enterprise according to their nature of the business. Examples of TPS are recording
the sales history, hotel and restaurant booking systems, keeping attendance information of
workers and employees, payroll and transportation.
MIS (Management Information System)
MIS is a both computer system which include software and hardware both
that play a huge role in business operation. It is also called a strong or powerful
backbone of the successful organization (Said and Tolba., 2021). The working of
MIS are followed several steps that are gathering data from different online source,
observe the collected data, prepare a understandable and useful framework and
then convey the report data to the business management. These all steps helpful in
business decision making and improving the operation activity. For example: A
railway online ticket booking system, that gather information from customers or
passengers and allocate a train ticket as a proof or generated a bill.
KSM (Knowledge Management System)

It is a type of information technology which contain and redeem knowledge to
refine awareness, cooperation and process arrangement. KMS are always exist in
every organization but they this knowledge system at the time of centering
knowledge platform for their customers. Example: Improve the decision making
process for future business uses KMS.
Task 3: Globalisation and the effects of IT on globalisation
It is the process which is used for explaining the developing relationship of the
world economies, tradition, and population bringing out about through cross –
national exchange in products and services, application, and movement of people,
funds and data (SJ and Shankar., 2018). Globalization practice has been running
over the world from centuries, but is analyzed in the early 1900's with updated
technologies. Telephone and telegraph helps one people to connect with other
people across the world within in seconds when past times it keeps so much time to
deliver the letter. The innovation of airlines provide the people to go one country to
another in few hours, few days or few weeks, while radios are allowed people to take
information from around the world. But it is not consider as proper globalization of
the world.
In 20th century globalization is really comes across the world because it brings
Information technology invention. It play a huge role in every country or worldwide
because it links the several types of global or economic market which increase the
globalization. The IT innovation include increase of the windows- based personal
computer, innovation of the WWW (world wide web), fiber-optic wires, mobile phone,
virtual movement, etc. This global strategy helpful for business organization to
compete and keep a ruthless advantage in the worldwide marketplace.
Task 4: Definition, example, advantages and
disadvantages of digital infrastructure
Digital Infrastructure meaning: It is refers to the digital technologies which
gives the base for business firm IT and operations management (Mateoiu and
Korodi., 2018). This process is known as E commerce.
For example: A firm selling goods or services from a digital supports such as
website or app.

Risks associated with information systems outsourcing
Information system outsourcing causes many problems that are unskilled and
inexperienced employees, inefficient control, risk of disclosing the appropriate data,
hidden expenses, and dependence on supplier solution. Some risks are described
below:
 Unskilled or inexperienced employees: This problem is generated when a
company appointed those people who are not up to mark for the position and
activity he or she is selected (Xiong, Nour and Shahin., 2019).
 Inefficient control: When a firm or organization outsources its business to
another firm then it effect the particular organization control on its product or
services.
 Hidden expenses: At the time when expenses reduction is behind the
outsourcing information system, mostly and long period cost investments and
present cash flow advantages are promise then this hidden expenses are
arises.
Why is IT infrastructure so critical to digital transformation!
Digital transformation help the business organization in changing the paths
which they are work. There are several parts of this transformation that are tradition,
activities, flow of work and systems. It is helpful of the firms in every stage of the
business and also brings the all information collectively from the field of management
for working all together much effective way (Vansteenwegen and Gunawan., 2019).
It is the base of every foundation of the digital economy, it allow the connectivity
which helps entire organization.
Conclusion
In the below report, the information system and information technology are
described. The report include 5 task ,in which every task include different strategies
and tool. Firstly, it describe the theories, methods and techniques of the IT solution
listed that are Canvas and Microsoft office. In second task five systems of
information technologies are described such as Microsoft information system,
Decision support system, transaction protecting system, etc. along with specific
example. It further, contain the meaning of globalization and affect of globalization in
the IT sector then it concluded the digital information advantage and disadvantage
and how it works in business organization. At last, it define the risk factors of
outsourcing and importance of IT infrastructure in digital transformation.
