World of work is defined as a combination of various things which is developed or
made in the aspect of business. It includes jobs, occupation, employees, employers,
promotions, innovation, strategies and others. But in aspect of business management it is
concerned with the communication of all phases of company’s operation through planning
(Alvarez, Sensini and Vazquez, 2021). In business the main motive of organization is to
increasing their profitability at maximum level and also providing best quality products to
customers within low time. This report will cover the concept of business, what is the key
functional areas of a business and description of various types of skills needed by the
employees to be able work effectively in these functional areas. In aspect of business
facilitating quality based service to consumers is a very important and challenging task for
organization. Because without good service organization are not able maintain positive
relations with customers for long time.

Business is defined as an enterprising entity or organization which is engaged in
