Every individual wants to become successful and that's why it is crucial to plan their
career accordingly. Planning for career is an important function which needs to be perform by

individual as it explores careers options in front of the individuals. With the assistance of
effective career planning, an individual is able to grow in their professional life. It undertakes
specifics steps in order to achieve their goals and objectives. This portfolio is focusing on
planning for career which involves a persons' personal statement, curriculum vitae, SWOT

support personal development plan. In this portfolio, the interested field is marketing. The reason
for choosing this field is that their growth rate. In toady's business environment, it is not possible

I am the person who is looking for the job opportunities in the field of Marketing.
Currently I am the associate marketing manager of small organisation in London, UK. In order to
explore more career opportunities, now I am searching more good job opportunities. It is
important to note that I am an experienced person in marketing field so that's why organisation
should offer me Senior Digital Marketing Manager position as I am the best suitable person for
that position. I have some career goals which match with this field. I have a career goals that I

want to become the Senior Digital Marketing manager is the reputed organisation where my
skills and knowledge are acknowledged by every person. I have a capability to take right
decisions and that's why I decided that I want to become a manager who is taking all the big
decisions related to the marketing field in an organisation. I want to become a thought leader in
the organisation who is able to increase brand awareness as well as increase customer value. I
identified in the business environment that competition is increasing rapidly and that's why I
want to become the person who has ability to formulate right marketing strategies. With the
assistance of my marketing strategies, company will be able to gain competitive advantage in the
market.
I want to apply in Burberry as I found that it is one of the most reputable organisation in
UK which run their business very well. My interest is match with the requirements of Burberry's
job description. I found that this organisational requirements is fulfilled by me in an effective
manner. My main motive for applying in this organisation is I found that I am the best person
who have experience as well as interest in clothing retail industry. I understand that what actually
individuals wants from the organisation. I have a good understanding skills which assists me to

qualifications as well as experience specially in this field which assists me to impress
organisation. I completed my graduations and Master of Business Administration in the field of

order to understand individuals, after that I have an experience of 3 years in a job as an Associate
