Business Canvas model is a kind of business tool which generally used to visualize all the building block for starting up a business this
includes, key partners, value preposition etc. This model consist of nine elements which are essential for performing operations effectively. This
project consists of a business canvas model for a restaurant named as “The Bakery”. It work toward offering tasty donuts which are filled with cream
and chocolates to its customers. These services will be provided by restaurant in its premises or through home delivery by placing online orders on its
website. The Bakery restaurant work toward offering standardized and high quality food along with its nutrition labeling in order to create value
among customers.
Aims & Objectives:
Main objective of The Bakery is to offer high quality and standardized food services to its customers at relatively low price which create
value among the targeted customers.
Mission & Vision:
Mission of The Bakery restaurant is serve its customers with delicious as well as high quality services either at restaurant or at customer's
place through online servicing to create value in front of customers.
On the other hand vision of “The Bakery” restaurant is to capture larger market share by providing customer with quality services and
maintain a healthier relations with its key partners.
Marketing strategy:
In order to create brand image and maintain its marketing position, The Bakery restaurant provide its customer an option of home delivery.
Apart from this it also uses a competitive pricing strategy where company provide its product like Donuts at relatively low price as compare to its
competitors. For maintaining its relation with customer for longer period The Bakery restaurant put more emphases maintaining interaction with its
