This report analyses the business canvas model off an organisation named “Wisely
community services limited.” The vision of the organisation is to provide secure homes to
children and other young people who do not live with their families. A fostering, customer-
based, and residential care institute targets people between 5-17 years suffering from
disability. This report consists of elaboration of business canvas model that considers many
block factors such as Key building blocks buyer segment, Key collaborates, Key activities,

Introduction
Wisely community services limited is a purposeful organisation that delivers service across
NSW in order to support most disadvantaged and disabled in the community (Lai, Jackson &
Jiang, 2018). As a disability organisation of Australia, Wisely limited offers meaningful
employment for more than 100 supported subordinates in related areas of Gardening,
cleaning, Administration, hospitality, Graffiti Removal, and contract packaging. On the basis
