In order to understand the ongoing
situation in the organization, I think,
learning from others is important. In that
case, sharing of the knowledge is helpful.
Doing a work in team is more effective than
doing that work alone. Working in a team
can help in the brain storming process.
Through this process, I can help others using
my relevant knowledge. On the other hand,
if I get stuck in a certain point for the
project, other team members can help me to
solve the problem. Implementation of this
system can be done through the proper use
of soft-skill.
