4.1. Impact of the proposed changes on the business and its
personnel
To bring organisational success, it is important to assess
the areas where changes are needed and what can be the
possible outcome after those changes as said by
Goetsch and Davis, (2014, p.56). . An organisation has
to be prepared for the adaption of the changes. The
business operator with employees should make a plan
about the ways of how the changes will be
implemented. The employees’ talents and commitment
is needed for sustaining those changes in the business
(Karatas‐Ozkan, et al. 2014, p.590).

By implementing change management, Montana Bakery can be able to attain
large customer base and that is how healthy revenue base will be established.
The company will be able to give quick delivery and for the save of time for using
developed technology, it will be able to deliver any amounts of products anytime.
For the use of technology, labour cost will be saved and the company will be to
maintain competitive price.
Customers’ choice will be expanded and for increasing variety of products, the
company can meet customers’ needs.
Strategic planning is more enhanced and chances of failure become slim.
For the use of advanced equipments, workloads of customers will be reduced and
time will be saved.
If the staff-trainings programmes are arranged, employees’ personal goals will be
matched with the organisational goals and work satisfaction will be increased.

4.2. Preparation of business plan to
manage the changes
A business organisation can implement change management by
following Eight steps of Kotters’ model of change. For any
business organisation, the basic thing to implement changes is
setting up an environment for change.
Montana Bakery experienced decline in profit margin, and gross
profit and so the urgency of changes is to be understood by the
employees and business operator. The urgency is to be increased
for that purpose.
Team management is highly important in this case. The operator
should preaprae a team for the implementation of changes.
