with the business and the expertise of technical
factors which helps in enabling the company to
develop the creation, management and access
of information to the business processes.
Knowledge management systems helps in
storing and extracting the information which is
helpful to users to increase their knowledge.

Impact of IT on operations and overall
management
 When Tesco will be working with an
effective use of IT services covering the
knowledge management systems then at
that time they will make ensure the
efficiency and performance of the company
processes and services.
 With the help of using knowledge
management systems then the company
would be benefited with the automation of
their processes which is use in the business.

How IT services contributes to overall
business
 The IT services are effectively used by
Tesco in which the first it covers the proper
management of data which includes
making the evaluation of data of income,
the stock and many other factors which are
important for the business.
 It also helps in solving the difficult
problems because the IT system provides
the tools which can be helpful to easily
collate the data. This will cover knowledge
management systems because with this
users would be able to collect the
information.

Challenges which is faced by Information

 The first difficulty which is faced by the IT
is that of securing the data because the
system hacking has become common these
days because in the present time huge
amount of data is recorded on the servers.
 Companies like Tesco makes the use of
social media which helps to communicate
the policies but with them exist the pitfalls
which can create failure to comply with the
regulations.

How business could not operate without
IT
 It is true that no business can work without
the use of technology which comes under
the IT platform because it helps the
company data to be secured from the
viruses and other threats which can harm
the online data.
 Other is that with the help of it the
monitoring of data and things can be done
in a comprehensive manner. Similar to this,
knowledge management systems can be
used by the employees, management which
helps in ensuring that the technical abilities
are linked with the company.

Reflection
From the above presentation which has been made by me is clearly providing the information about
the information technology services and its impact which will be made on the business. The main
positive aspect which I have written is that the IT services are important for the business. All the topics
