INTRODUCTION
Business management, is very important to improve the performance and achieve the
target of the company effectively and efficiently. Business management is based on the
coordination in the business activities. It sees the operation and helps the employees to reach
their goals in high productivity levels. Along with is also helps the company to supervise the new
candidates and provide proper training to reaching the operational and financial objectives.
Business mangmnet is a wide range activities which analysing the day to day activities to
generate the better profit in future. To earn maximisation profits is the core aim for every
company (Abera and Mulugeta, 2018). The module of introduction related to business
management and it is the important concept of various areas of semester one, along with how
they can helps me to enhance my learning skills of semester two. Future are uncertain, so due to
dynamic business environment,companies and organisation face difficulty to manage the task in
proper manner which is related to the mangmnet. This project report is based on the reflection
related to the learning of business management. It discuss the refection of semester one which is
related to learning and information, along with its cover the challenges such as what I learning in
first semester. In addition to that, it helps to cover the knowledge which is beneficial for
improving the learning skills of the students.
REFLECTION OF SEMESTER 1
Before attending this module, I am not knowing the various concepts which is related to
the business management , but after studying this module in first semester I understand the topic
very well. It helps me to getting to display the valuable topic such operational efficiency of the
company, effective supply chain, quality control policies, human resources strategies and quality
control policies (Agarwal, 2021). In future I want to doing my dream job, I want to become CEO
in reputed and well established company, so for that job I needed a relevant knowledge and
skills. When I start to studying this modules, I am not that much familiar with Human resources
schemes and quality control policies but still this module is supporting me to enhance my
knowledge and skills to getting the essential information. In this module, I want to conscious
about the importance of Human resources sachems and I learn that how they support the
company to making the effective strategies to resolve the big problems with the people central

manger. I learn that its plays a various roles and responsibilities related to the hiring to new
candidates that manger have to attempt such as recruitment and assortment, payroll management,
certification and formalities at time of on leaving and relieving. Human resources manger handle
the various functions and strategies after choosing the right candidates such as training and
development strategies, recruitment strategies, communicator strategies and cooperation
strategies. It helps me to enhancing my existing knowledge which I can use to getting my dream
job in future (Anker, 2021).Training and development strategies support me in gaining the
information just about a needs of training which helps me to developing my learning skills. As
we know that business environment is changing quickly and it is required to understand that
disciplinary activity so that companies making effective strategic planning to minimise its
negative impact. In the next, module I study about importance of recruitment process and
importance of recruitment strategies, because it support the human resources manger to choosing
the right candidates for the right job and attracting potentiality candidate for filling vacant job
position in company. I also penetrate the outsourcing strategies which can be used for hiring the
external individual in order to accomplish the task (Xolmirzaev, Juraev and Axmadjonova,
2021). In this module, I gain my knowledge, that how I maximise the efficiency of company and
how they achieve target and objectives of an organisation. The main aim of every company is to
necessitate the wasteful activities in order to achieve company's goals in proper manner. There
are various unneeded activities which are require to cut down so that it helps the company to
generate maximize profit in future. This module are supporting me in my professional career,

After completing my first semester I score good marks and get more knowledge too, but I
have face some problems regarding the topic of human resources strategies and about the supply
chain, because I am not much aware about that topic. I feel so nervous in beginning of my
semester, because I am not good in studies. I decide to taken support of my teachers, and they
provide me some notes and guide me that things I need to improve in polite manner, and like it.
They have to solve my problems and cleared my doubts which giving m,e a opportunity to get
the better job option in my future (Jena, 2020). I was facing lost of problems and difficulty in
supply chain policies. But my teacher’s instruct me properly and provide me some notes and
books for my support. After reading some of them, I feel confident because I start knowing
about the modules and I was able to clear my doubts by my own. I decide to conduct a group
study with my friends so, that we can helps each other to better understanding the modules, it
also new topic for them too (Stone, Cox and Gavin2020). We have to discussed many unclear
concepts and topic in the group study, it is beneficial for us . It was giving me a open platform to
share my views and opinions regarding this module. It also support me to learn and gaining the
team spirit and time management skill. In this module, my teachers and friend helped me to
making my learning flourishing and better. I have used my knowledge from semester one to
knowing the semester two because it creates a base for me in future development. Along with it
also support me to develop the time management skill, which I use in second semester in order
to make it more effectual. This module support me to understanding of business management.
Which I can used in my professional career to take better decision. It also teach me to handle the
grouping activities in effective manner. It becomes easier for me to maintaining the resources in
proper manner which is beneficial for the growth of the company and higher profit. By using
this gained knowledge, I will making my employees more productive by doing batter
productivity. I can using my learning skills in time management to managing my academics and
other activities in proper manner.

various different articles regarding this topic better understanding and can be used in my

enjoyable as I was not much alert but when I have started taking lessons, I love this module I
start enjoying this, my curiosity are increases step-by-step. As I come to know about different
strategies which I can use in my career to gained my knowledge and enhancing my skills. I also
formulate the effective management strategy in the process to hiring the right candidate for the
right job position in the company. This topic I enjoyed it the most interesting topic for me is
business mangmnet, because it teach me that what thing I need to work on me to make a better
manager in future. It also having the various important strategies that makes me curious for
learning new skills. Before this module, I have less knowledge about the human resource
