INTRODUCTION
Business management refers to the organisation and coordination of the activities of
business. The manager of business basically oversees the operations and also help the employees
in order to reach towards the large scale productivity levels. The business management also help
the organisation in order to supervise the new candidates and also provide the training in order to
reach towards the financial and operational objectives. There are commonly four accepted
functions of management which basically encompasses the necessary skills which include
planning, organising, controlling and leading(Centobelli et.al. (2020)).The management of
business is basically the wide range of activities that analyses the daily activities in order to
generate better profits into the future. The present report will cover discussion about the
business management and is basically the significant part of the semester one. In addition to this,
the report will cover analysis about how they can help in terms of enhancing the leaning skills of
semester two. It is the project which is basically based on the reflection which is related to the
learning of management of business. In addition to this, the report will cover analysis about the
reflection of semester one that is related to information and learning and also about the
knowledge required which is beneficial for improving the skills of learning of students.
MAIN BODY
Reflection of semester one
During this semester learning and before attending this module, I don't have awareness
about various kind of concepts that is related to the business management. After attending this
module, I got deeper understanding about the module in a well structured pattern. It also help me
in terms of getting the display of the valuable topic such as operational efficiency of the
company, effective supply chain, human resource strategies, quality control policies etc. From
the future perspective, I want to do my dream job where I want to become CEO in a well reputed
and established company as well (Choi et.al., (2020)). For doing this job, I have the requirement
for skills, knowledge and experience as well. When I have initiated to study these modules then I
don't have awareness about the schemes of human resource and quality control policies. This is
the module which support me in terms of enhancing the knowledge and skills in order to get the
essential information.

In this module, I got the opportunity about the significance of human resource schemes
and I also learn that in which manner they support the company in terms of making the effective
strategies for resolving the problems with the people central resolution. I also got the opportunity
to enhance the significance and characteristics of human resource manager. I learnt that there are
different kinds of roles and responsibilities which are related to the hiring of new candidates that
manager has to attempt(Chowdhury et.al. (2022)). It includes payroll management, recruitment
and assortment, formalities, certification at the time of relieving and leaving. The manager of
human resource handles the various kind of strategies and functions after choosing the right
candidate such as recruitment strategies, development and training strategies, cooperation
strategies and communication strategies. It also help me in terms of enhancing my existing
knowledge that I can use in order to get my future job. The training and development strategies
also support me in terms of gaining the information which is just about the need of training that
help me in terms of developing my learning skills. So these skills are very important for me in
order to make a higher level of impact on the professional side.
As I have the awareness that environment of business is changing on the fast pace
manner and also required that to have the understanding about the disciplinary activity so that
companies can make effective strategic planning in order to minimise the their negative impact.
When the environment of business changes on the fast pace manner then I have decided that to
learn and more focus on the analysis factor so that I can take appropriate actions for it and take
the further steps as well(Helmold (2020)). In the further module, i have grasp the knowledge
about the significance of recruitment process and strategies of recruitment. It basically supports
the the human resource manager in order to choose the right candidate for the right job and also
attract the candidate into potential terms for the vacant position in the company. I also penetrate
the strategies of outsourcing that can be used for hiring the external individual for accomplishing
the task. Within this module, I have gained the knowledge that how can I maximise the
efficiency of the organisation and in which manner they can achieve the objectives and target of
an organisation.
The key target of the organisation is that to generate the higher level of profits from the
perspective of future and to manage the necessary activities for achieving the goals of an
organisation into proper manner.

I have learnt that businesses always focuses on generating the higher level of profits and
revenue as well. That's why it is very important for me that to develop my thinking accordingly
for it. There are various kinds of activities which are not required and it also help in terms of
cutting down the which helps the organisation in order to generate maximum level of profits in
future. This is the module which supports me in terms of my professional career while picking
up the lessons from this module and I have gain the knowledge about the value of quality of
control policies. It is also about that in which manner it can be used in order to present the good
quality of goods and services as well (Kato & Charoenrat., (2018)). Within the environment of
company, there should be random selection of the products for tracking the quality of products.
Within this policy, they should consider the quality of raw materials which act as the base for the
final product. At the organisational level, the quality of products really matters which I have
learnt at the timer of semester learning. This is the important parameter for me to have an
understanding about it. If the material does not maintain the standard criteria so that it would
have impact on the the final product too as well. It is very important for an organisation to
choose the right supplier who can provide the good quality of raw materials along with the
minimum price.
Before having learning from this module, I don't have knowledge about the policy of
quality but after studying from this module it support me in terms of getting the valuable
information. When I understand about the importance of quality policies then I take actions
accordingly work for it and enhances the level of my knowledge into positive terms. Logistics
and supply chain both act as the two significant elements of every company and also they require
to maintain balance so that company need not to face the shortage of raw material in the case of
high demand(Korauš et.al. (2022)).These significant elements act as the base for further growth
and development as well of an organisation which is very necessary for making an understanding
of it. Before having knowledge from this module, I don't have awareness about the different
concepts of business such as the strategies related to HR manager and in which manner they can
apply in the company. It is also about that in which manner the chain of supply can be applied
within the company in order to maintain the balance between supply and demand.
So in the overall manner, I have learnt various kinds of concepts related to business
management, human resource and concepts related to the organisation. There are various kinds

of concepts which help me in terms of enhancing my level and knowledge as well. These kind of
concepts, level and also contribute into context of enhancing the performance level as well.
These are the knowledge, skills and experience which are very important for my career growth
and development (Kraus et.al. (2020)). These are the learnings which I have learnt from the
semester one which act as the strong base for my further learning and improvement as well.
That's why it is very important that to understand the concepts into deeper manner so that the
individual can grow themselves into result oriented terms. During the time of semester learning,
it is very important for me to have the clear understanding about the concepts so that I can make
my base very strong and to the point as well.
Reflection and continuded development of semester-2
After completing my first semester, I scored good marks and gained more knowledge
from it. But there were various issues that I have faced during the session regarding the topic
strategies of human resources and about a supply chain. (Makhmudova,(2022)). Because I am
not that studious and I was not aware about he topics. I felt nervous from the very beginning of
my semester. So to overcome it I decided to take some support from my teachers, and they had
provided me various notes and they guide me things that I need to improve in very polite manner
and I liked it. They have solved my problems and cleared my every doubts which help me
achieving an opportunity to get better job options in my future. As I was facing several problems
and difficulties regarding to supply chain policies. To helps me that my teacher has instructed me
properly and they provided me various notes and suggested some books for my support. After
reading those notes and books, I was feeling more confident because I start understanding and
knows about the modules. With this I was now able to clearing my doubts by my own. So I
decided to conduct a study group with my friends so, that we all can helps each other out for
better understanding of modules, as it was also new topic for them too. We have discussed
various unclear concepts and topic in that group study that help everyone in better understanding
which proves to be beneficial for us. This allows me to have an open opportunity of platform for
sharing my views and opinions regarding this modules. This also helps me in supporting me in
order to learn and helps in gaining a spirit of team and developed a time management skills. In
this module, my teachers and friends helped me understanding and making my learning
flourishing and much better than before. (Nicholas & Steyn,. (2020)). With knowing all these I
have used this knowledge of mine from semester one for understanding and knowing the

semester two, because it helps me in creating a base for my development in the future. Along
with this, it also helps me in support to develop my skills in time, which I can use it in
understanding of second semester in order to make it more effectual. As this module helps in
supporting me to understand the business management. All these knowledge I can use in my
professional career in order to make better decisions. This also teach me how I can handle the
grouping activities in much effective manner. This helps in making easier for me to maintain the
resources in correct manner which proves to be more beneficial for the growth and development
of the any organisation and give much higher profits. Through using the knowledge that I gain
from this, I will make my employee to be more productive through doing more productivity.
From my knowledge that in gained in semester one I enhanced that knowledge in my semester
two and gained much more knowledge about human resource management which will help in
achieving my future goals.(Sadeghi Moghadam et.al. (2021)). I used my knowledge and skills in
my professional career to achieve organisation goals and objectives. I can use my learning skills
in time management in order to manage my academics and also in other activities in systematic
manner. The knowledge ad kills that I gained from my semester one I used them to increase my
understanding in knowledge of my semester two. From the semester two I gained much deeper
knowledge and skills that I could actually use in my personal life also. I faced several problems
in semester two also but due my previous knowledge it reduced my issues little. Now that I can
easily understand the module and clear my doubts by my own. Now I can even help my other
friends to understand the topics. As now I can teach my group friends in better way regrading
their issues about the topics.
I was also facing several issues and difficulties in order to handle and manage my
personal life and my studies. (Shaturaev & Bekimbetova, (2021)). I learnt that building team
spirit that I can used in order to managing the session of teams regarding this module. The
second skill that I learn is solving problems, which later I can use to solve several problems that
were related in these case studies. Before this module session, I used to feel that I am so dumb
and I am doing nothing in my life as in career and in personal life. But as I am gaining more
knowledge, developing and when I start working on me I start feeling so confident and knowing
myself in better possible way. Now that I am able to learn these skills. Hence, my knowledge and
skills can assist me in enhancing my understanding level about business management. As in
future of my career I want to become a CEO in reputed organisation so, it is require to have a

Along with this I found that this module that I was learning actually help me in my future, and it
can operate my project and work in an effective manner. (Tien (2019)). That can help me in
order to contribute in improving my knowledge. Also I can use these various strategies of
business to generate maximize profits for company and it also giving an opportunity in
expansion of their business around all over the world. This is good for me in terms of making a
good manager in future. This module helps in assisting in increasing my knowledge about
increasing the efficiency of the organisation and reducing the unnecessary expenditure. As I have
studied several different articles regarding this topic which helps in better understanding that can
be use in my professionals career. As these all areas, I can actually helps myself to find business
management strategies in the most enjoyable manner. As I was not much alert but when I have
started taking various lessons.(Tran et.al. (2018)). I was loving these module and I start enjoying
them. With every step my curiosity was increasing slowly slowly. When I came to know about
different strategies that I can use them in my career to gain my knowledge and also can enhance
my skills. I can also formulate the effectiveness strategy of management in process of hiring the
potential candidate of the position of the organisation. These topics that I was enjoying in the
most interesting topic for me was business management, because this teaches me that whatever
things that I need to work on myself in order to make a better manager in future. Also having the
various important strategies which made me curious about learning new skills. Before these
modules, I used to have minimum knowledge about the strategies of human resources
management, but when I started learning and came to know about the topics that I have covered
in this module. Which made me feel happy and enjoyable after doing this. During the lectures,
my teachers started asking questions, then she asked various questions for students to know that
either students are getting the topic or not. Then I have given few answers of questions that were
asked by teachers correctly and than all students start clapping for me which made me feel so
happy and confident I was feeling an immense joy. Along with this two-way communication
made the subject more interesting for me. After completing these module I start analysing that
what all changes can come in my routine, that I used to lack in supply chain policies and logistics
that I need to improve. (Vasiljević., & Petrović-Tomić,. (2020)).Because it lead to help me in
making better decisions regarding the indefinite quantity of chain in demand, that company are
not facing the shortage in raw materials in case of during the high demand. I love this short

journey of mine, because it teaches me lots of things that helps I order to make better person.
This also gives me various opportunities in terms to develop my skills and knowledge that
support my to get best job in my future professional career.
CONCLUSION
The above stated report concludes that business operation and management plays a very
significant role at the organisational level. It has been concluded that I have learnt various kinds
of concepts at the organisational level. It has been determined that there are certain concepts
related to business management and human resource as well which help the organisation in terms
of growing into positive manner. It has been observed that there are various kinds of concept,
knowledge and experience which helped me in terms of growing at the semester level one. There
are certain concepts which I have also learnt at the level of university into the semester one
which needs to be applied into the practical terms as well. That's why its very important to have
proper knowledge and understanding about the concept of business management and their related
aspects as well. So business operations and management are very important in terms of further
growth and development as well.
