INTRODUCTION
In order to operate successful functions and operations, it can be stated that there are

functions carried in following consideration:

Performing: In this stage, cooperation is needed which will be established for team
maturity. Well-functioning also helps to consider clear and stable structure that must be

McClellend theory: This theory belongs to three motivators such as achievement,

Different types of leadership style
