education system is nothing like compared to the past epochs. In the nineteenth century the
global education system was founded to meet the requirements of the workers for the
assembly line during the Second Industrial Revolution rooted deeply in the American and
European ideals. The system remains unchanged till date and concentrates on competition,
tests and isolated subjects. The ideology did not meet the requirements for most students.
Then the modules were revised to suit with the modern education system. As the world
moved towards the second industrial revolution, the education system improved. Initially the
education system was purely based on spiritual preaching and religious studies and it began
home. Later, churches were the schools in which children were provided spiritual knowledge
more than scientific knowledge. The Industrial Revolution brought in major changes in the
world as hugely impacted the education system and pattern. The system was modernized and
students were provided with a comprehensive education. Science, mathematics, music and
physical education became a part of the curriculum. In certain part of Europe, university
system existed with knowledge transmitted by teachers to the students. Few schools were
private and the general mass was not allowed to attend schools and in other parts of the
Europe, education was restricted only to the elite class. Change in this system came in the
eighteen century when a scholastic code held the responsibility for education from the clergy
and assigned it to a Ministry of Education. The State was responsible for schools and colleges
to follow a well coordinated system of education. The code was quite important as it required
each and every child to attend school. The primary view was to offer basic education for

The labor market faced reorganization. Education policy has modified the taxation system of
counties and implemented several new policies in recent times. In the globalised market,
countries are competing to get an additional edge over the other. Globalization has brought in
new players in education policy making. Globalization has foster transitional social
movements to regard education as a global public good. Globalization has completely altered
the education policy and has become an emerging field for extensive research work and it has
immense contribution to the changes and consequences of the policy. Globalization
challenges nation state, basic analysis units which accordingly predominates the educational
researches. Globalization has marked the disciplinary parochialism which becomes an
encouragement for the researches to base policies of education. Education system has
improved considerably in numerous regions of the world and the traditional methods of
studies have also evolved with globalization and technology. Global governance of education

drawbacks. For any kind of weather condition, rain hail or storm, there is a chance for
students missing out school and thus missing on any important classes. Even if there is a
transport problem, students miss out on school. In case of serious physical ailments, students
miss out long days at school which hampers their education thus resulting in bad grades.
Considering the case of the country side where access to transportation is hard and schools
are way too far from the residential areas, the students of that area faces severe problem in
attending school in case if there is climatic condition or transportation problem. Keeping up
with the school curriculum becomes hard. The school might not have the course that a
