INTRODUCTION
In Business environment includes the entire the environmental elements such as internal
and external forces which influence a company to deal with operating situations. In addition to
this. It includes various factors such as clients and competitors; its competition and owners; laws
and governmental activities; and so on. As per the report, it helps in finding an information
regarding various organisation and its activities. In this report, it covered various topic such as,
purpose, size, scope and types of different type of organisation. Along with this, it shows about
the relationship of different department of a corporation with affirmative and negative aspect of
macro environment on business operations. In addition to this it also include alanlys the SWOT
of an organisation. Lastly description will be finish by discussing the, manner in which strong
point and limitation internally related with external macro feature.

Private Organisation: These companies are running with an aim to earn advantage or
profit by a individual, partnerships, business, society or an union. Industries are functioning in
the private sector, may issues share and they can have investor but their shares are not deal on
public exchanges and along with this they get not issued by an IPO (Hilton and Platt, 2013).
Private company have least amount of 2 employees and highest level of 50 employees working
with private organizations. Tesco is a largest groceries company which is belongs to
multinational company and the headquarter of this company in England. it was established in

donors. There are five major types of stakeholders such as project manager, project team,
sponsors, customers and functional management.
