Business Organisation implies the management and the methods in which all
activities in order to maintain the commercial transactions and the essential goods and
services are carried out. It involves framing of business through which the company use to
generate the essential goods and services and also manage the product for the directions and
for implicating the working nature. Their are so many types of organisations like partnership,
sole traders, limited liability, corporation and many more. As for managing all the business
activities their managed all the general work and the advancement through which revenue
generation and the productivity is managed. The organisation chosen in this report is
McDonald's which is a well known fast food chain restaurant which carries all the important
food items. It is headquartered in US (Dyson, 2019). This essay will cover all the advantages
and the disadvantages in business with their cultural and the other practises.
Task
The business is the most important practise which serves out to manage and generate
all the goods and the services through which the applicability of the product is managed.
Their is been seen that it is important to manage and formulate all the services and the
essentials for the benefits of individuals. Their is being analysed that as some of the major
business practises are mentioned such as, Sole proprietorship which is the business in which
the single or the sole owner is being involved in order to maintain and manage all the areas
and the business practises(Milliman and Clair, 2017). They usually start all such business in
order to generate the earning and to manage the family standard and create a stable life. The
advantages of all such business are, all the roles and the major responsibilities lies in the
owner. Their profit and the earning is on their own pocket. Which means they do not have to
give to nay other person and decision making power lies on the owner itself. Example,
freelancing business. Partnership considers all those business practise in which there are
more then two individuals are involved for the common business practises. This is laid when
the partners want to make and generate the profit through their ideas and together. The
advantages of all such business are like No financial burden lies on single person as they
share all the funds equally. It helps in managing the work life balance and cost saving can be

framed with the mutual management. The disadvantage are like, mismanagement and
instability can be seen as due to lack of trust, in case of conflicts dissolution arises and lack
of autonomy is seen. For instance,Yoomoo is a partnership firm. Limited liability company
are usually the hybrid framework thorough which all the private company indicates and
manage the corporation and there management(Bruce and Gunnarsson, 2021). It provides the
private company and their methods through which the general working in the corporation is
analysed. For instance, River island. Advantages are like, it can be controlled easily, flexible
in income and simple structure. The disadvantages are like, it do not have any perpetual
succession, generate confusion and fund management is difficult (Haque, Fernando and
Caputi, 2019).
Tall organisational structure is a well known broken structure through which the
hierarchy of work id framed and it articulates to provide managers for all the areas who use
yo uplift and frame then working of the company. Their is been seen that barriers task are
been given to the manages and the assigning are being made by the superiors through which
all the information is given. The well known example of this structure is BBC as it use this
structure in managing their company. Flat organisational structure, is an open
communication in all the team members, this manage and provides proper communication for
all and implicates to frames decentralized communication in between all the members. the
middle managers do not have any kind of responsibilities as they can manage and frame all
the working over their and can also contemplate to work according to the general areas and
adherence. It helps the employees to known the vision of the company and also make them
comfortable in working (Herbert, 2020 ). As all the employees gain the ideas and knowledge
about the working culture and management. For instance, McDonald's use this structure. The
major comparison in both of them lies as, tall organisational structure takes longer time then
usual and the flat consist of the direct conversation between the employees. Tall manages on
different level of working and management whereas in flat it generates the ideas directly by
the head (Barlow, 2017). The cost and the financial areas of the tall is comparatively more
then that of flat. The control span in it is narrow as made according to that of flat. In tall
structure their will not be given any direct conversation between the employees and flat
considers to manage all the ability to manage the outgoing conversation.

Business functions is the management and the method through which all the work is
being framed in the organisation. It involves all the working of the company and their further

method through which all the hiring, selection, recruiting is been taken place. It creates an
impact on the functional management by provide the best and the skilled workforce, and

impact it use to make on the employees are as it provides training to the working staff and
motivate them for better working and analysing the skills and behaviour. McDonald's have
the efficient working staff as they provide better training sessions in order to manage the
delivery and clean and maintained food items for customers. Marketing is promoting,
managing all them methods through which goods and services can be given to the person. It
provides the management of proper techniques through which company can manage the
promotion of their product. Impact on functional management is it manage the revenue
generation and sales and it gives the enhancement for the company(Klever and Engelfriet,
2019). The impact it made on the employees are it helps them to focus on the major areas
and the products by serving the outline of the product and they also give efficient services.
McDonald's implies to know about the changing trend s in the market through which they
manage the products and the new range. Finance is the major areas in which the budget of
the company and their funds are managed for the products and the new improvised area. This
involves allocation of resources with the help of teams which use to check the financial
requirements. Impact on functional management is it gives a clear idea to the company
about the working and the nature in which they can manage the funds and enhance profit.
Impact on employees are usually as when this sector is well framed it will help out to mange
the cultural and the general changes in working and also give increment to the workforce.
Organisational Culture gives the ideas and the knowledge about the working
environment of the company. It is the managing of all the legal, ethical and the moral
conducts and environment through which company can frame their working. This deals with
all the sociology, psychology and other areas and the conducts through which management
can be framed. This focus on making the working culture and the environment positive for all

their corporate culture free and comfortable for all. It use to be analyse that their creates a
confidence in the employees and also make them efficient in working areas. Their is been
seen that all the managing environment creates a major goals and frame the creative ideas in
work. As in McDonald's they try to frame a positive working culture in order to manage and
maintain the work and also to create a friendly terms with their employees(Harsh and Prasad,
2021). Their is been seen that they also manage direct communication with their working
staff that helps in generating a trust and motivation in them. The innovation and the
creativeness with team management is the main focus of McDonald's and they tend to
provide all the essentialist and their developing areas (Vuleta, 2020). Organisational culture
creates a promotional and the general positive ethical attitude in the employees and make
them focus on the work and the adaptability.

From this above essay it is concluded that, business organisation is the most important
segment which helps in promoting and maintaining the general adherence and providing
better goods and services and raise the economy. Partnership is when two or more person use
to engage in common business practises. The advantages are like it removes the work stress
and the demerit is that in case of any kind of conflict their arises dissolution. Flat
organisational structure is when there is a direct communication between the heads and the
employees and there is not middle managers involvement. Organisational culture is the
positive environment through which all the person can manage their work and the functions.
HRM provides selection, recruitment and all the general ,method through which company can
