Tall and flat future
Tall and flat culture is referred as firm structure which is well used in order to gain the
advantage for enterprise function. Tall structure is usually show the vertical form where the flat
structure is well formed in horizontal form. Therefore, small hospitality organisation which is
like Mogford Hotel that use flat structure due to the less management level and also the low
number of employee. In addition, large hospitality organisation like Park Holiday follow tall
structure where number of structure have shown huge chain that show the command and many
management level of because of complex and large scale of business operation that is needed for

such as use of flat structure that has been show the less employee as taking comparison with big

Overall, the flat structure is easy to gain the understanding and also show the form as
contrast that is tall structure which is occur due to complexity. In this, the flat structure is well
limited to show the employee which have reporting to their one manager which have tall
structure more employee have to make the report to the manager of their department. I n
association with flat structure, organisation, employee which is well educated and skilled as well
as have more freedom and right work in independent way. Whereas, in tall structure employee
are unskilled or less experience so that they have work as per this supervisor command and
