flat structured organizations with their advantages and disadvanatges which will be followed by a
discussion on three particular types of business functions and and their impact on management
activities. Lastly the essay will descriptively report on organizational culture and structure.

presented three specific kinds of business types that are as follows:

has an advantage of being the sole decision-maker while as a drawback it also has to bear all losses
