INTRODUCTION
Business environment is the most fundamental aspect of the business which includes
external and internal factors and that posses power to influence the overall performance of
company. The business environment which constitute media, suppliers, competitors,
government, customers, investors, economic conditions and institutions working externally.
With the help of many tool such as PESTLE, entities of company can assess external factors for
smooth running of business operations. The form of business organisation depend on the
significant criteria of the size of operations, nature of the business and many other things. The
word business environment indicates the total aggregate of all the people, organisations and other
forces that are outside the power of industry but it affect the production process. In order to
understand the aim of running of business of different types some of companies are selected i.e.
NHS as a public organisation, BTS Group as a voluntary and Cyclacel as a private company. In
following report discussion about types of business organisation along with their legal structure
is explained. Additionally, SWOT, porters five forces model and Pestle analysis is carried out for
determining the strength and opportunities.
