the structure of the organisation. The structure of the organisation aids the employees and other
associated organisational leaders such as manager to lead a systematic ad structured
organisational objectives efficiently (Bala and Verma, 2018). Withal, organisation are framed
and efficiently operates with the the maximum emphasis on the generation of maximum
fecundity within the marketplace. In addition, they gain fecundity with utmost growth of the
organisation. This aids in gaining good reputation within the society with renown value (Boon
and et. al., 2019). These organisation tends to alter and renovate the innovative ideologies with
their creative ideas in or the other way for the betterment of the very society and serve their
requirements efficiently. Business organisation entails many types such as proprietors and
partnerships. The organisation always tends to prefer different organisational policies, their
structure, and other business proposals aid varied cultures that may aid in accomplishing
business goals. This report mainly entails the merits and the demerits of a business along with
their contrast and comparison among flat and tall framework of the business. Further, this

Likewise the demerit of the sole traders entails the challenges to search and retain the high

organisation. It gets difficult for the organisation to to render additional money to incline the
business by themselves. Moreover, all losses and associated debts are bear by the owner of the
organisation solely.
Partnership is the business type of arrangement that is associated with two parties or
associated organisations who mutually takes decisions and other sign agreements to efficiently
operate the business with mutual efforts by effectively sharing the losses and the fecundity

Tall and flat structure is the organisational structure which entails both merits and
demerits that is based on their nature. Tall structures are generally perpendicular form and flat

value. HR management is a crucial role in organisation as it aids in building up strong relation
with other hiring associations and efficiently recruits employees ho would bring forth required

performances. This also guides and assists the organisation to make effective decisions about the
