In the present time period, it is effective for the organization to gain their understanding of the
outsourcing of business functions for smoothing the flow of activity and reach a reliable
conclusion. In the current business period, business outsourcing could be practiced for managing
the activities of the firm and supports to converse with consumers. Therefore, it is evaluated that
outsourcing could be a free up cost that is also effective for the managing the activity in the least
time and cost (Baraldi, Proença, Proença, & De Castro, 2014). For saving of the cost, the
organization might employ the business functions approaches with respect to concentrate on the
core business activities. This facilitates to the firm for devoting the more materials to what the
organization do well that could enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of the firm (Pearce
II, 2014). It is also stated that production could be streamlined as well as times of production is
shortened as it reducing the operational costs. Therefore, it is examined that the market of
Australia is leading market that deals with a huge number of consumers that are lies between the
middle-income group of people. It can be determined that the organization could reach at the
huge number of consumers. For completing the same, the organization could outsource their
activities and make the decision accordingly (Patil & Wongsurawat, 2015).

Meaning and concept of business functions outsourcing
As per the view, Schniederjans Schniederjans & Schniederjans (2015) the outsourcing of
business function is determined as the process of business wherein organization outsources is
determined as the process of business wherein the firm outsources some activities of the business
functions to the third party of the firm. For example, a multinational organization might
outsource its consumer's service act to the third party firm, which has been the efficiency to the

business process of the firm. This example could be practiced as business practices outsourcing.
Moreover, it is also stated that outsourcing is being a larger industry that is identified as the
business procedure of outsourcing. It is evaluated that certain job acts could be outsourced to the
third party company such as housekeeping services of large office facilities and office building.
It led to the determination of service management as the flow of practices of business.
To evaluates the benefits of business functions outsourcing
In support of this, Kumari Singh Mishra & Garza-Reyes (2015) stated that business outsourcing
functions are effective for the firm as it offers an opportunity that is more emphasis on the core
abilities instead wasting its money, time, and efforts on uninteresting activities. It is stated that
there are many organizations that are involved in business outsourcing acts due to saving their
cost in lest time. It is examined that financial organization could more concentrate on business
outsourcing acts as compared to other activity. The organization could confronted issue at time
of implying the business outsource acts in the firm due to lack of interest of outsource workforce.
It is also stated that outsourced employees have not same knowledge and passion for
organization as a permanent workforces.

outsourcing could create the possibilities of potential legal risks. For illustration, sometimes the
parts of the car are defective then parts defective parts are outsourced. The manufacturer of cars
could hold the burden to correct the potentially damaged image of car makers. In addition, it is
stated that vendors need to develop a good image of faulty goods due to the burden on the
organization to precise the negative perception of consumers towards specific products and
services. It is stated that outsourcing could create poor quality service unless an agreement

Statement of Research Problem
This research topic is to examine the outsourcing of the business function in the business. In the
existing business situation, it is effective for the organization to improve the understanding about
the outsourcing of business functions as it leads to manage the activity and support to lead each
employee of the organization in an effective manner (Glaister, 2014) It could also be imperative
for an organization to get higher competitive benefits. In the current business era, the business
faces competition issues to operate its business acts and get higher profitability in the context of
the organizational issue. Moreover, the cost control could also be imperative aspect wherein
different sources has been practiced by the firm as it could be known as the workplace treatment,
co-operation, and strong mission and vision of the study. It is also stated that outsourcing is one
of the imitative methods that is practiced by the organization to manage the restraints like time as
well as cost. Business outsourcing is the tool that has been enhanced popularity in the recent era
(Schniederjans, Schniederjans, & Schniederjans, 2015). It works as the business in which the
large organizations determined to offer its routine job act to a third-party company as it is
effective to manage the time as well as a cost within the firm. Through this way, most of the
activities are related to consumer care act as well as such acts could not be care with workplace
acts. In the recent era, it is determined that outsourcing is created from the big industry wherein
different business acts has been outsourced by the third party firm (Patil & Wongsurawat, 2015).

What particular team-roles will each member contribute to the team?
In my group, each participant has given their best contribution to accomplish its common goal as
they all give their best contribution to each member of the team. The team could also enable each
member to accomplish their task. In the case of absence, workforces are on leave then the group
members would be responsible for managing with problems of the project done by the
workforces on leave. It will direct to meet the objective of the group.
What are your team’s expectations regarding meeting attendance (being on time, leaving
early, missing meetings, etc.)?
My group’s expectation about the meeting attendance is accessible on the time as well as
informing about the transcript to a people who do not being a part of the meeting due to the
emergency. Moreover, my main motive of this is that each member should be aware of the
information sharing as well as strategies for accomplishing the aim and objectives of the team. In
addition, it is evaluated that team member shares each member should evaluate each issue of the
firm that is confronted by a group member to meet the aim of the study.
What process will team members follow if they have an emergency and cannot attend a
team meeting or complete their individual work promised to the team (deliverable)?
The team group member would use certain approaches to those employees who did not attain the
meeting caused of emergency or attain their individual work which is promised to group. These
approaches might be informed by considering the emails, message, and deliberates the goal with
another group member that is willing to perform well in the working place. It can also be

What are your team’s expectations regarding the quality of the team members’
preparation for team meetings?
I expect to each member that the skills of each member have been matched with the decided
certain partners as it would be effective for the attainment of the organizational task.
Consequently, the quality of the team group is chosen for the meeting of the team. In addition, it
is evaluated that group member who is participating in the team meeting and their qualification
will match with the attainment of this meeting goal. I will make a clear goal for my team
members about their participation for the attainment of the meeting goal in the specified
resource. I also set each activity that will be considered in the meeting for the attainment of the
organizational task.
What are your team’s expectations regarding team members’ ideas, interactions with the
team, cooperation, attitudes, and team-member contributions in general?
My team member shares their unique ideas to each other and directly communicating with each
other for solving a particular issue. I expect that my group member will demonstrate the positive
attitudes towards the group member. The team member could corporate to each other and give
their best efforts in the team to meet the common objective. The team member should have a
willingness towards each other for working on the same goal. It could also be effective to meet
the objectives and aim of the group. I would also expect that group member should give their
participation in team and share their past learnings as it could be associated with challenges of
task, which could lead to complete the goal of the team.
