organisation. So to satisfy the David with his job conditions I will focus on

implemented on organisation level. For good decision making I will collect
the informations and data's about the conflict and issues and reason of
disability of David. To make decision effective I will use good
communication skills with David to improve his confidence so that he can
feel relax and satisfy with job conditions.
Learn new skills: to improve my performance as well as workers I will
learn new skills of time management and motivation to achieve the
success of corporations.
Good relationship : to enhance the David to work at high level I will
build a good relation with him so that he can easily share his problems
with me. I will improve my communication skills or behaviour to make
good relation with workers.
Performance objectives: to maintain the efficiency and quality in firm I
