Continuous improvement can help the organisation to achieve high productivity in the
market place and also can help the organisation to meet all the requirement of customers.

in the productionof their goods and it also can help organization to improve quality
standards of company (Gummer and Mandinach, 2018).
Continuous improvement process can help the organisation to reduce the production cost.
This process also can help the organisation to provide better satisfaction to the employees.
2. Continuous improvement models
There are different models can be used to implement continuous improvement in the
organisation practices to meet all market requirements. For example E-OfficeWorx can use six
Sigma model and Lean model to implement continuous improvement in organisation. The six
sigma model is consists of DMAIC process to develop continuous improvement process. Define
includes the process of defining the problems faced by organisation (First, Kendler and
Leibenluft, 2017. In next level different relative measures has been taken by organisation which
is following with the analyzing process of collected data. After the implementation process
improvement process is performed to make relevant changes in organisation in operations which

By measuring and analysing customers feedback both verbal and written can help the
organization to understand issues faced by customers or things they need to improve in order to
enhance customer experience. After resolving the issue organizations should ask their customers
whether their issue was resolved or are their any other things that are required to be done. This
will help then to enhance their relationship with their customers.
If they cannot attend calls of their customers, they should use an management information
system where issues, complains or any other comments of customers can be recorded and passed
to respective departments to be taken care of handled and after handling their feedback, their

department (Hambach, Kümmel and Metternich, 2017). The direct communication process I very
much helpful in communicating with employees and other department in the company and thus
company can effectively have continuous improvement processes and had the best outcome from
this further. By implementing various communication process company can beat the other
competitors and have improvement and advancement in company.
Responsibilities
The E-OfficeWorx has responsibility to render their staff a good working environment so
that they cab further work for the betterment of company. If organization have good working
environment then their employees can positively work for the best of company. They should
have continuous improvement in the company so that they can be updated with technologies in
their company and gain huge profit and revenue (Mandinach and Gummer, 2018). The company
should implement continuous improvement principle effectively so that they can grow
immensely and gain huge profit & revenue further. Company could easily sustain in market if
