Business Process Performance Management
The Business Process Performance Management involves three performance levels .The
performance levels includes organization, process and task. The each level includes three
perspectives that comprise targets, design and management (Chowdhary et al. 2014). The
Business Process Performance Management is also known as the Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs), it determines the key entities for the management of any particular organization .In order
to manage business process performance it is necessary to scrutinize ,control and keep a watch
on the implementation of process and execution all throughout the lifecycle of the process. The
control models, which are used presently, are generally highly complex and it includes planning,
monitoring, measuring, performance enhancement and modeling of process and its
implementation. The key attributes of the Business Process Performance control are performance
planning, monitoring, measuring and enhancing. In process performance management process,
the process monitoring involves continuous monitoring, surveying and tracking the activities of
the organization (Ates et al. 2013).These approaches helps to achieve the goals of the
organization and produce desired results. The process design, which is of the perspective of
business process performance management, deals with achievement of process target, that has
been set for the organization. It is important that the process includes certain important
facets .The important facets includes proper structure, logic, rationale and appropriate way to
achieve the goals and objective of the organization . The process management includes target
management, performance management, resource management and process interface
management.
