Kaleidoscope coffee cafe is a coffee cafe which is design to provide suitable environment
for the people to meet each other. This coffee cafe provide delicious food and beverages to the
people. Cafe is prepared on the theme of jungle and the cafe is decorated with the leafs and trees.
This is mainly service different types of coffees. This cafe will be situated in the marketplace of
London. Mass population of UK is living in the London which is beneficial for the cafe.
Which affectivities and when it will be undertaken in the project.
Plan of coffee cafe is almost prepared and the activities of such plan is after 4 weeks
which consider various activities such as advertising campaign and marketing. The activities
which will be undertaken for the start up of the business is advertisement, planning, start up cost,
management team, training analysis, competitor analysis. Also, human resources and the trail
services will also be regarded as beneficiary for the customers for first few weeks as the business
took a start.
Reason for choosing its project
The project is chosen because of the interest in the business and cooking. The food
industry in UK has been growing rapidly in the market but there are now a certain areas which
needs to be developed and the competition is low in that segment of the market. SO, it would be
beneficial for them to analyse the market and start the business in that particular area
accordingly.
Goals and objectives of the project
Every entrepreneur wants that its business to be a success. The aims and objective behind
staring a new business is profit and the growth of the firm. The main objectives are future
financial stability, great online presence, delegate efficiency, loyal customers, capture large
market and establishment a brand identity. Profits or revenues are the important aspect of the
business which further help in the expansion of the business.

Time-bound: It is an important aspect to have a target date or time for the objectives. It
increase the efficiency of the workers to complete the task in the given time period.

There are various digital platform available in the market which push project towards the
success. The most effective platform is social media because in this modern era, many people
using social networking sites and apps. Social media marketing uses various social media and
social networks such as Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram to market products and
services, to reach new consumers. It is a very effective platform which help cafe to reach higher
number of people in a short period of time. It save the time of the manager to reach huge number
of consumers. Costa, Nespresso and other UK coffee brand also using social media platforms in
order to attract maximum number of consumers.
